Food is decent. Don't order delivery though. Go pick up up your food or eat it there. They are very forgetful. I've have a couple of occasions where my food was VERY late for delivery. Not 5-10 minutes, but over 30 minutes late. And on the app you tip them ahead of time. There is no way to change a tip after the service is complete. They couldn't care less though. They don't get paid enough to care and they have my money already.

Chicken salad sandwich was really good on wheat. I got the brownie for dessert it was was soft and full of flavor. Can't speak on the service because someone picked it up for me but the food was really good and that's all that should matter on a food review If you ask me. I will definitely be back!

Potbelly is a staple! Chef Chalant always looks forward to getting the chicken club with virtually every single vegetable possible and the added mushrooms is worth it! Definitely a go to for a quick and easy meal on the go!
