So yeah, I’m extremely late on the Rai’s Pizza train, because I was just blown away by how good their pizza is (and the wings were on the high side of good).
Not many places offer you a choice of “spicy” sauce on the pie…throw pepperoni and banana peppers on that joint, and it’s an experience.

First time patron. The place was empty, ordered the large cheese steak sub with provolone cheese. Basic condiments (Mayo, mustard, ketchup). The person taking my order was also the cook. Got a sticker shock for $23.32. I couldn't taste the mustard nor ketchup. The steak tasted stale or old. The FREE bag of kettle fried chips was stale. I don't have any known enemies out there, so I can't genuinely recommend this place to anyone.

I can’t believe this place isn’t 5 stars across the board - as a native New Yorker- this is one of the few places I can trust to make a perfect pizza every time. The people leaving bad reviews need to stop trying to eat NY style pizza and buy a loaf of bread like they want. This place rocks!

Updated review: we tried the pigs fly pizza and it was soooo delicious! And service was prompt too! Old review: Super thin pizza and not baked for enough time. Server forgot things of several customers orders. But his apologies were acceptable. For a quick bite b/w classes at the ice house, can’t expect too much…

To say that my appetite was ruined it’s like nothing , first cooks don’t wear gloves , which when I asked why the cashier responded that they “constantly wash hands” , since I had no time to wait another order somewhere else , I still took my order , which was pizza and chicken wings, came home , I decided not to eat pizza since I seen they don’t handle it with gloves while seasoning and cutting, was hoping wings should be safe , and first wing had a white thick probably dog hair, almost 2 inches long , gross , it’s ok if I just wasted money and time, hopefully I don’t get food poisoning, praying for that. I think I am fasting today after those gross things happened ? Really a bad experience Oh yea, paid cash and didn’t get the receipt.

Ordered and paid for one slice of pizza - took them over 20 mins and I had to ask for it. It was sitting on counter and they denied it had been there and that they just put it there. Why was it cold then? Then they tried arguing with me AND …. Started ringing it up to charge me again! Only 2-3 other diners so it wasn’t like they were busy.
Watched them use their bare hands to put toppings on my pizza...I got over it the first time but the second time...nope. Disgusting and unsanitary. They were doing plenty of other things at the same time, there was no hand washing going on.
