Great service and decent food but a tad pricy for what you get

Placed an online order for pick up, walked inside, informed the lady and she stated someone else already picked up the order like no big deal. Another lady came (I’m assuming it was a manager) and told me to call the customer. I tried to explain I was the customer and not a food delivery worker. I showed them the order on my phone and my driver’s license and they finally figured it out. They did issue a refund but maybe you guys should ask random people walking into your place of business claiming to pick up food which orders. Anybody can just walk in and get free food at this establishment but if you pay for it online you’re out of luck.

The monster burger is straight gas

Great burgers and drinks. Bartender (Michael) was really nice and took good care of us at the bar.
Will definitely stop by again.

Always make it a priority to visit this Red Robin location every time we visit our family in the USA because we love it so much.
Service tonight was impeccable! My father is disabled and the door staff were so kind, accommodating and patient welcoming us and holding the door open for my dad.
Unfortunately didn't catch the name of the gentleman serving our table (tall and had tattoos - shoutout to you!) but he was so friendly and helpful, even helping us with converting measurements from ml to oz when ordering wine as we are from the UK. He was always checking in with us making sure we were happy and making sure we always had bottomless fries on hand. He was even so kind as to take photos of our party on my phone at my request! Thank you so much and you are an absolute credit to the business!
The food was so delicious as always and great options for me being the vegetarian one in the party. I opted for the cheese pizza this time around, but it is so so great that you can order any burger on the menu and substitute the meat patty for the veggie patty so plenty of options available if you don't eat meat, and lots of veggie starter options too!!!
Fantastic value for money too. The portions are massive and we all had some leftovers to take home and enjoy tomorrow!
Everyone in the party thoroughly enjoyed the food as always :)
Will absolutely be back to here again next time we are in the states!

Great food. Banzai burger never disappoints. Servers were a lot better in our second visit. The first time the girl dumped our drinks on me (accidents happen, I am not mad). Great place to go with the Familia.

Went downhill since last time I came. Reason why it’s empty most of the time. Bland fries and their works pizza which used to be good now tasted like something from my school days with canned sauce and a rubbery crust. Will not be back…

Food was terrible. It took a really long time to be seated even though the restaurant was mostly empty. Same with taking the order... Food was terrible, but I guess that was expected for a place like this. Overall it wasn't a pleasant experience. I didn't think I would be returning any time soon or ever.

Great place for just a casual night out with friends and friends. If you love burgers and fries this is the place. Enjoy much more on the menu. Great appetizers.

I was really surprised by this restaurant. They did everything right. My family of six, including 4 picky kids, loved it. We will definitely put it on our monthly restaurant rotation. Great job!

This place is pretty decent, Food tastes decent, service was the best thing about it, but ot gets 4 Stars due to all condiments containers were really sticky. But super friendly Staff, ask for Derick He is a Great server!! Picture of Raspberry Sweet Tea, the other is the sticky stuff on the containers.

The hamburger was like a hockey puck, the bread bun was cold. The egg on top was not fully cooked, the tomatoes were white and hard, not red at all the cheese, even though has to melt again, was still not me.Horrible experience deleting my app, not ever going back the last time we were there it smelled like sewage, and couldn’t even even seed because it snuff so bad! Recommend do not dine here.

There were only two servers that night. So, being short staffed made it a longer wait for the food. My order was wrong, but that's ok. I didn't really need chicken on my salad anyway. The fried mozzarella sticks were the best thing!

Overall, it's a good spot. Chick Fil A was closed early for New Years, so we ate here. The waitress was very friendly, pleasant, and polite. I ordered the BLT, which was okay.
