We stopped by Rubino's for lunch and the pizza was decent. I wouldn't go out of my way to return, but if we were craving pizza in the area, we might stop by. The pizza is quite oily with a generic NY style pizza taste, and the garlic knots are more fried dough than bread with very little garlic taste to them.

We visited for the first time and had such a great experience. The food was delicious, but what really stood out was the staff. They went above and beyond to make the kids feel welcome and happy, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend.

First of i want to say the customer service is terrible , they make the atmosphere feel very unwelcoming. i have been getting slices of pizza here often ( which tend to be fairly large) and today it wasn’t like that . When i saw the size of my slices i simply asked for a replacement and the staff looked at me like i was crazy . Even the person making the pizza looked angry that i asked. So i told them i don’t need it anymore and walked away. The slices also tasted very old and stale , like they have been left out all day.

Ordered take out for the first time tonight from here. Ordered one large pizza , a salad, a cannoli and tiramisu. The salad was horrible! The pizza was terrible. Chuck E Cheese pizza is better! It was like a frozen pizza they cooked. The cannoli was descent and the tiramisu wasn’t good. We wasted our money tonight.

Ridiculous price for a very tiny canoli. $7.41

And the woman working the register was very rude when I asked her for my receipt.. Place has gone way down hill unfortunately.

The atmosphere was very nice. The food was traditional NY Style pizza. It was good. My only complaint were the napkins. They were so thin you needed about 10 to equal one.
