Rush Bowls

They used to be really nice guys that solve everything , I just finish the gym and I try to buy a bowl wed promo but they said they can’t help me in store which is terrible because they used to help me in the store , then they said go thru the app I tried too but they show like the store is already close when was 8:40 pm *( store closes at 9pm)
I’m so disappointed because I was a frequent customer and I ask them so you don’t gonna give me a solution or sell me what I want and they just said NO sorry unfortunately the app doesn’t not working and we can’t help you ! So sad

Fruit is great and staff is good but menu is so misleading and shows pictures of fruit on the bowls but you have to add the toppings for additional costs. Different than usual açaí places but the bowls are still good.

I ordered a peach pump smoothie I believe and everyone rated it highly and I adored an employee which to get and she told me the peach so I got it and I’m disgusted by how bad it tasted. I should’ve maybe asked for no whey but i was hangry and left unsatisfied. Also for the price!! I’m upset I lost $10 today.

Great place to have a quick treat. I love that nothing there is super sweet.

Food: ordered Paradise bowl and Choco Strawberry bowl. Paradise bowl was decent, but I did not like Choco Strawberry bowl - I couldn't taste much of chocolate or strawberry at all, rather it tasted very bland and all of my family members who tried it agreed, with my child saying it tasted like eating snot.....

For >$12 per bowl, it's a lot of money and I was expecting a bit more.

Service: There was only 1 other family behind me, and while I was ordering, I tried to sign up for rewards member on the tablet at the counter but before I could complete the process of entering my information in the fields the employee didn't give me time to finish and instead forced bypassed the system straight to the payment menu. I tried to ask politely if I can sign up for the rewards and then employee just simply replied 'the system said that you can't sign up for rewards on the tablet, so you can go ahead and finish the payment'........okay, but on the tablet it was clearly letting me enter my information (with fields to enter for First name, last name, phone number etc) before she forced it to go to the payment screen --- I felt extremely awkward...

She then instead referred me to scan QR code instead to download the app and sign up on my phone, which was fine except that the app was only available for Apple, not my android....

During this entire time, I felt extremely awkward and felt like I was being rushed (no pun intended) - like I previously said, the line behind me wasn't long at all, just 1 family of few people, but this interaction just left a very poor taste in my mouth.

I think it'll be a long while before I decide to return here due to the high price of bowls and poor customer service. Rush bowl indeed made me feel like I was being rushed (yes, pun intended this time)

The bowls are even better than they look. Seriously. I'd pick this over Sweet Frog or Cold Stone. Chai bowl with bananas... So good!

This place is super cute and the staff are so friendly. I got a delicious bowl and my husband got a really good smoothie. I loved that they make their own peanut butter and homemade jelly which I got as a topper on my bowl. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So good. So fresh. So tasty. This place is one of my new faves. The staff was so patient (sorta took me a while to choose from all the offerings). The portions of our bowls were insane. The granola tastes so fresh, and I just can't wait to come back. The outdoor seating is perfect for these lovely spring days.

Very slow on a Saturday. Staff seems lost and overwhelmed. Order took over 45 mins. They need more staff. The order was only 2 smoothies. Hopefully they get better the longer they are open.Edit: I have been back twice! Much improved! They seemed to have figured things out and the smoothies are great.

I found out about this place like a week before it opened and I have been obsessed with the Chocolate covered strawberries, which is a local favorite. Will definitely be my local favorite here
