This review is edited. The previous manager had great customer service, l gave 5 star back then. The food too was served hot.
The manager now is horrible, no customer service experience, damn.
Food doesn't taste good, and sometimes served warm, before you are done eating, everything is cold.
The buffet used to be good, now it's like left over food for the week that they reheat and serve customers.
The 2 star is because of the young lady that served me,if not I would have given zero star here.
Not going back here.

Very rude, unprofessional service with order. They allowed me to order veggie thali online, only to call and say they can’t. Refused to cancel order and asked me to instead. Hung up twice.

My first visit to Saffron was quite disappointing.
Our server, Sameer, seemed more focused on complaining about other restaurants—like Signature and Celebration, which happen to be two of my favorites, especially for dining with my parents—instead of helping us understand the menu or making us feel welcome.

I was surprised to learn he previously worked at Rupa Vira, but unfortunately, this time neither the service nor the food lived up to expectations. Sometimes, great food can make up for average service, but in this case, both fell short

The food here is great. We've done takeout and the weekend lunch buffet. The buffet has a good selection of different dishes. The only problem is that we don't live close enough.

Met my friends for lunch at Saffron. My first time at this place and I was impressed. It's a cute restaurant, with friendly staff. Service is quick and efficient. We visited on a Tuesday afternoon, not many people around. I understand it is quite busy on the weekend.
My friends ordered a Samosa to start and they enjoyed it. I got the grilled ginger (adrak) lamb chops and a plain naan. My friends ordered the Veg Thali (she substituted the paneer masala for Baigan Bharta) and Chettinad Chicken. The Thali is quite generous. Lots of little bowls with various vegetables and dals, and it included some rice and Kheer.
The lamb chops were great. Very tender and juicy and well marinated.
I would be very happy to eat again out here. Two thumbs up!!

Very delicious food for a very reasonable price. Staff is friendly and attentive. Lunch special was quite a good size (usually lunch specials at other restaurants are smaller).

Great place to get authentic Indian food. We have been dining here or picking up food for 3 yrs. We have tried several in the area and we always come back to Saffron. Everything we’ve ordered and service has been outstanding. The restaurant is well decorated and clean and the service is above and beyond friendly. This is one of our go to restaurants in Nova. Try the buffet on the weekend, it’s an excellent way to try different dishes and it’s fresh and delicious.
We’ve had the tandoori chicken, tikka masala, butter chicken, korma dishes, chicken biryani. All excellent. You can order depending on your spice level which is great for us.
