4/5!Definitely a fan of Saigon Outcast. I've been here a few times already and the food is always great. The atmosphere is nice and there's plenty of seating for friends and family. The Food: My go to here is the fried calamari as an appetizer and the grilled lemongrass beef over rice. The calamari is sometimes hit or miss, but it does have a nice flavor and crisp. The lemongrass beef is delicious. The beef is cooked nicely the portions are well divided between all the ingredients. The Service: Staff here is always nice and they get your food out in a timely manner. You pretty much order at the front kiosk and pick up your food when it's ready. There's also tons of beer on tap or the wall for you to choose from if you're looking for some alcoholic beverages.Overall, 4/5.

Food came to the table quickly and piping hot after placing order at the counter. We were impressed with the smoky flavor of the beef. Spring rolls were very tasty. Wings were pleasantly spicy. The playful decor kept our interest as well as the "Wall of Beer". A solid dining experience and not pricey.

Vietnamese Foods are of good taste, a cozy environment with a motorcycle decoration on the roof. The DJ was playing all my favorite songs that I loved so much. My friends like this place, and we had a great time there. A chill place that you can never miss.

Saigon outcast is one of the best Asian fusion restaurants in the Leesburg area. I had the lemon grass need over rice. The price are reasonable for a family/date night. The have a variety of different beers and wines. I have to come back and try another items on the menu and their beer. 5 stars

A must visit for beer lovers and foodies. The pour your own beer concept is always a super fun experience. Staff was nice and professional.

A good place for a leisurely evening with some friends and beer. You can drink a whole assortment of beer here or if you prefer sample everything they have on tap.The tornado potato was so satisfying that there wasn't a table that didn't order one. The wings were spicy and crunchy. Entrees were just right for dinner and very reasonably priced. Will be coming back soon here.

Give me a reason, and I’ll go back again every single time. It’s a newer place, the owner takes a lot of pride in what he’s created. The food is so good, well balanced flavors and not overbearing. Multiple spice-level options. You really can’t go wrong with anything on their menu. Their appetizers (the pepper specifically) I really enjoyed! I’ve gone three times now, each time with different groups of people. All of them come back with the same remarks about much they appreciated the place. These guys also serve Hookah later in the evening, so in addition to the great food. The well-made cocktails if you need to unwind that’s always an option too.The decor, phenomenal. Internationally imported artifacts and tastefully designed. Lots of seating and a well stocked bar and beer/hard seltzer wall. Staff is always friendly and welcoming.

Great atmosphere, hospitable staff, overall good vibes. We tried a variety of food and the small pho was the perfect size, leaving room to share the tornado potato and chicken bahn mi. The dishes and golden trays were a nice touch. We sat under the moped and had a cool view of it from below. The hookah was a nice side dish as we teleworked from the table (thanks for the Wi-Fi). Can’t wait to come back and try the lemongrass chicken, we got too full this time around :D

Pricey but yummy. Lots of beer selections. Very clean, staff was very nice.

Food is incredible, follow staff recommendations to start for sure. Wings are solid if you can handle American spicy (they're lowish for Mexican spicy, don't even rate for Asian/South Asian/North Eastern African levels of spice). Prices are solid.Serve yourself beer/wine wall is _dangerous_ but has great representation from local breweries and inter/national favorites.Apparently they're adding a hookah bar AND full alcohol-bar, that also uses your tab-card from the server-yourself beer wall!!!

5 stars hands down. Awesome everything: food, environment, beer wall, music, and top notch customer service. Wa is the heart of this place. Really cool, personable owner that will go out of his way to make sure you’ve had a great experience. Don’t limit yourself to one dish! Try it all, you can’t go wrong

Food is good, staff is friendly, and the wall of self-serve beer & wine is great.

I want to start by saying this review has nothing to do with the food since I only went in to see the beer selection. Loved the way the beer, wine, and sake are served, the concept is really great! However, the person working behind the register, you may want to consider extra training on how to conduct themselves to paying customers.. Since it was my first time there, I had a few questions so when I attempted to ask, this person said “WHAT”!! Then proceeded with to take off their air pods and asked me again, “WHAT”?? Now to his credit, he did answer my first question.. shortly after I asked another question, and again, “WHAT”??, after taking his air pods off again.. this went on for another 2 questions until I finally decided to pay for the 1 beer I poured.. beer was good, customer service sucked!!

You absolutely have to try their lemongrass beef on jasmine rice. I go there regularly just for that special dish. Great atmosphere, great authentic spices, and it looks like a great selection of craft beers.
