4/5!Definitely a fan of Saigon Outcast. I've been here a few times already and the food is always great. The atmosphere is nice and there's plenty of seating for friends and family. The Food: My go to here is the fried calamari as an appetizer and the grilled lemongrass beef over rice. The calamari is sometimes hit or miss, but it does have a nice flavor and crisp. The lemongrass beef is delicious. The beef is cooked nicely the portions are well divided between all the ingredients. The Service: Staff here is always nice and they get your food out in a timely manner. You pretty much order at the front kiosk and pick up your food when it's ready. There's also tons of beer on tap or the wall for you to choose from if you're looking for some alcoholic beverages.Overall, 4/5.

Came here for lunch after a work retreat and even though it was a bit further from where I live, would definitely come back here. While I wish they would come to your table and serve you, the order, pick up when ready, and pour your own beer (or in my case hard seltzer) on tap make for a comfy, relax, and chill environment. The food came out as expected and shown in their pictures, was full of flavor, and was even served in plates and bowls that reminded me of my childhood neighbors family. If you're in the area, make sure to check this place out!

I saw people posting about this place and was curious to try it. A bonus especially since there are not many trendy Asian places in Loudoun County. Saigon Outcast is located in a shopping center, and there is plenty of parking. Overall it is a neat concept as a tap room and eatery. There is a decent amount of beer on tap and even wine. You just need to get a card for the pour system from the cashier. I got a couple of beers, but it added up pretty quickly. It is nice if you want to sample different ones. The food is not what I would consider authentic Vietnamese food. My fiance and I got a couple of dishes to try. We got the Tuna poke Crunch, crispy wings, grilled lemongrass beef w/ noodles and grilled lemongrass pork w/ noodles. The Tuna was okay, I thought there would be more poke but its only a couple of pieces. Flavor was decent. The wings were okay, it was a bit too sour for me. It seems like they top everything off with sriracha. The 2 grilled meats with noodles were surprisingly good. Portion sizes are ok but if you are a bigger eater you will be hungry. Overall, it was not a bad meal, just not too memorable. I am glad this place exists. It also closes late so that's a win!

Food came to the table quickly and piping hot after placing order at the counter. We were impressed with the smoky flavor of the beef. Spring rolls were very tasty. Wings were pleasantly spicy. The playful decor kept our interest as well as the "Wall of Beer". A solid dining experience and not pricey.

Great place to get drinks! They have a big selection of beer and added a nice bar a while back. While I normally find places that do karaoke and other events to have good drinks but lackluster food, Saigon does not disappoint. My partner and I come all the time. They recommend the clay pot while I usually get beef pho. I've tried the banh mi along with several of the appetizers and it's all been good. Highly recommend!

I've read the great reviews and menu, wanted to give it a try. At any Vietnamese restaurant I always start with the Summer Rolls (or Garden Rolls). I went to the counter and ordered 2 orders of the Garden Rolls. Employee said "we don't have those today", I left.

HEADS UP - If you're going to order in the store, make sure to double check your order in store. One of the workers gave me the wrong order when I gave him the buzzer. The order I wanted compared to the food I got was only $0.55 apart. When I called the store, I called to give them a heads up to double check the food before handing orders out to other customers, I was pretty much gaslit by whoever answered the phone. A younger man took my order earlier that day but an older man answered and said he took my order. And then he gave excuses of how the menu order changed from the menu behind them, etc etc. I'm giving them 4 stars because I've always loved their food. I'm just sharing an experience I hope others can avoid.

Food: beef pho was good. My only complaint is I really wish they have variety of meat instead of 1 kind. Broth was good. Banh mi is 10 dollars I was surprised cause its so good. The meat actually thick and favorable. Service: the guy took our order was nice and friendly. Environment: the place is nice. They serve alcohol drink. Cause we live little far away but if we in the area definitely will swing by. And will recommend it to our friend and family.

Surprisingly good. Would visit again! Food was delicious. The meats were juicy and flavorful. The pho was pretty good too! The beer wall is a fun time where you can control how much beer or wine you'd like the drink. Very fun!

Awesome place for drinks, their AWESOME bar taps are wow just incredible to have during lunch or dinner. I ended up having the PHO! And it was absolutely delicious. You have to try it out, this is a sweet spot in Ashburn!

Outcast is outstanding! Saigon Outcast is my new favorite Vietnamese restaurant. Everything tasted fresh, appetizers & entrees were delicious. And Outcast is waaay more convenient than driving into Falls Church.

This was fantastic. The service was excellent, and there was nothing we wouldn't order again (spring rolls, bahn mi, fried cauliflower and Brussels sprouts, pho, chicken/shrimp with vermicelli, lychee margarita, beer). We brought our kids on a Wednesday night. The food came out quickly. For the quality, flavor, and price... I would absolutely go back. My son liked his meal so much, he wanted to "meet the chef". The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. It's an interesting feel.. like fast casual, but the quality of food and service were far superior.

Vietnamese Foods are of good taste, a cozy environment with a motorcycle decoration on the roof. The DJ was playing all my favorite songs that I loved so much. My friends like this place, and we had a great time there. A chill place that you can never miss.

Saigon outcast is one of the best Asian fusion restaurants in the Leesburg area. I had the lemon grass need over rice. The price are reasonable for a family/date night. The have a variety of different beers and wines. I have to come back and try another items on the menu and their beer. 5 stars

A must visit for beer lovers and foodies. The pour your own beer concept is always a super fun experience. Staff was nice and professional.
