Food was so delicious and quick! There were many staff walking around which made it easy to get what we wanted quickly. We enjoyed the hibachi food. I got the Sakura combo- chicken, steak, lobster, and shrimp, for $52 which I felt was very reasonable for the amount of food given!

Our chef, Jenis, was AMAZING! He was very entertaining and the food was cooked to perfection. I wish the rest of the staff was as good but empty glasses and waiting forever after we were done was frustrating.

We have been here a few times and it's always ok but this last time was a disappointment. This is my kids favorite restaurant not because of the food but because of the performance. Last night we got nothing. The guy just came out and made our food and left. My daughter had been talking about how she was going to catch the most shrimp and we didn't even get that. I feel like the razzle dazzle from the chef is an important part of the experience. We got none.

The food is good, but if you don’t honor reservation times then what is the point? I had a reservation for 7pm that I arrived early for, they said they have to space as they are fully booked. I said ok. I waited outside and went back at 655pm to be told it would be another 10-15 minutes. It is now 736pm and we still haven’t been sat for our 7pm reservation… keep that in mind when you make a reservation here.

Instead of having one meal it felt like three. Received food one item at a time but several minutes in between servings. The previous was chilled by the time the next serving was received.

Not sure what happened with the menu but after just a month of living in the Broadlands, there appears to a significant change and im not sure why! When we first moved here, the resturaunt was a pleasant surprise and reminded us so much of the iconic Yama Sushi in Vienna where we shifted from. Infact, my kids (2 boys 7 and 4) said that Sakuras Shumai was even better than Viennas. Sadly today was a major disappointment with all our orders bland and overly sweet - Shumai, Yakisoba, Salmon Terriyaki, Triple delight, Aged Tofu (called something else on the menu but clarified with staff via phone) salads and even Miso soup all had a sweet tinge that just made the combo overall just a bit too sweet. Also the Singapore noodles on a previous order was also too sweet. The staff mentioned bew owners which may be a factor but for the price of the order it was a major disappointment for the entire family...please revert to the previous menu and/or chef🙏

I placed a pickup order and discovered that an item I paid for was missing when I got home. I immediately called the restaurant, expecting a simple apology and a refund. Instead, I was met with unhelpful staff and zero accountability. They refused to issue a refund even though the mistake was clearly on their end. It’s frustrating and unacceptable to pay for something and not receive it with no resolution offered. I won’t be returning, and I’d recommend others think twice before ordering here. Customer service matters, and this place clearly doesn’t care once they have your money.
