Visited for the first time after reading great reviews.
Ordered the Italian sandwich in the shop for take out and specifically asked for no onions and no hot peppers and no mortadella.
Got the sandwich home to find it covered in onions and hot peppers. Additionally the sandwich was soggy despite maybe 10 minutes from pickup to putting it on a plate. Overall a really poor first impression, and if they can't get it right in store, I'm doubtful they can get it right for delivery.
I'd suggest going elsewhere.

First time ordering and the experience was terrible. My wife asked for no onion or hot peppers due to an allergy. We even saw the guy write down our order. When we got home, the sandwich was covered in onion and hot peppers. The bread was soaked through and the only thing she could eat was some of the meat and cheese. The curly fries also tasted like they were just frozen and barely reheated. This was not worth the $40 spent and I regret leaving a tip. We were ready to bring friends here, but instead are never going back.

I placed an order on 1/23/25. I tipped and requested the items be handed to me. As we sat waiting we checked and the food was left at the door, no knock or anything. My sandwich was cold. I requested a refund on my tip and never got a response. I will never order from this place again.

Ordered the fish sandwich. Clearly says on the menu that comes with tartar sauce on the side, but due to an allergy, just to be safe, I said no tartar sauce anyway. My order was delivered and SLATHERED with tartar sauce on the sandwich. Clearly they don't read requests even when an allergy is involved, nor do they follow their own menu description. Called and they offered to do it right, but I would have to pick it up, they wouldn't deliver the correct order. Won't be going here again.

This santinis is one of the best one for me if going for lunch recommend ordering before you get there most of the time there is a line got a steak and cheese and it was real juicy you will definitely enjoy it

Not sure if it's just this location doesn't know what 9 AM is but I've been there multiple times craving some food and they just don't seem to be open I really wish that they would just update what time that they plan on opening Because when they're supposed to open at 9 and I show up and it's 945 and they still haven't opened just makes me worried to who's actually running this place

I'll be back to try the chicken Philly! I had the corned beef and provolone and it was very good!
