It was okay. Very overpriced for pretty dry and low effort food. Also their quesadillas aren't even quesadillas.

Date night win at Señor Tequilas Grill! My husband and I were craving Mexican food, and this spot delivered big time. The Mexican Jambalaya was bursting with bold, unforgettable flavors—and the portion was huge, perfect for two to share. A total showstopper!

We were warmly welcomed by Mario, the general manager, who came by our table to chat and even shared some great travel tips for exploring DC. Esteban, our server, was top-notch—friendly, fast, and on point the entire evening.

And let’s talk dessert… the lava cake and fried ice cream were heavenly! 🍰🍨

Food was not tasty; tasted flat and dull; didn’t have authentic vibrant Mexican taste. Service was extremely slow and food took very very long time to come. Floors were sticky. Over priced and automatically added 18% service charge

I was there and was seated for about 15 min and nobody came to take my order. I thought they were either busy or short staffed till I saw 2 people who came 10 min after me getting seated and their order taken while nobody had attended to me. That was highly disrespectful and I just walked out. As a regular who comes every week it’s unfortunate but I won’t be back 👎🏾

Very poor packing, orderd birra taco and the birra sauce that was hot was put in the plastic cup container not soup container but the plastic cup container where sauces goes. This is not safe do to the sauce being hot and the plastic sauce cup can melt from the heat. Birra taca wasn't folded correctly into a toca and all the meat fell out.
