Sitara is a great place. We love the food. Recently, we had a organized a birthday party with Sitara. Food and service was a super hit. They accommodated all our needs. They were also very flexible with our late timings. All the appetizers and food were on time. All our guest were very happy and food was just amazing. I would go with Sitara again for our next party and i would recommend Sitara, Ashburn to anybody.

Terrible service. Placed a simple order for 15 samosa pick up. Told Will be ready in half an hour. I show up after 50 minutes and they are not ready. I am told to wait 10 minutes and no one at the front desk still. Instead of hosting, I wasted my time at this place. They can't fulfill a simple order. Sheer incompetenc

Ordered lunch on a Friday through Grubhub and the food turned out great. Their veg thali, puri combo and Mirchi - were all fresh and great taste, loved the variety of curries in the Thali. Will order again from here if we get stuck while choosing lunch options.

Veg uttpam was too thick than usual and it was not cooked completely. Goat sukha was good. Chicken curry was avg. May not go there again.

Came here primarily because of the offer they have on Facebook for BOGO thali. When we reached we were rang up for the full price, we asked about the BOGO deal and got an attitude from the guy who had to be an owner or manager. Not sure why have deals on fb that are obviously meant to draw customers but then want to have an attitude when you ask about the deal. He then requested we have a coupon which we obviously didn't have so we spent a few minutes trying to find the post on fb and he reluctantly gave us the deal.

Very unfortunate to say this ..I liked the food but very untidy staff and bad maintenance. I saw staff doing something awful and unsanitary. Will never go back.

I hit this restaurant for breakfast today. I walked in at 9:15 and no one was in the restaurant. But I did notice some dirty tables with food particles leftover from yesterday. I waited sometime and a guy came out. Very unprofessional gentleman who took in my order for Vada Sambar. Oh man it was the worst vada sambar I ever ate. Vada was thick and dark brown with no softness . I somehow ate it and left the restaurant in a Jiffy.
Ordered through grubhub waited over 2 hours and food was never delivered! Myself and grubhub tried contacting them multiple times and never got a response. All calls went straight to voicemail.

One of the worst place that I ever been. We went to a party hosted in their banquet hall. The food was really spicy. It just looks like biryani and has all the necessary ingredients but tastes worse and then we were able to peel in the kitchen, it looks like some students are cooking as their part time job.

I have ordered twice from this restaurant, both the times bad experience. First time I ordered the delivery was late. Second time I ordered through Grubhub and got a confirmation email from the restaurant saying the food will be delivered in an hour. I kept waiting and kept tracking as it showed the status as " restaurant was preparing my food". So when the status didn't change past an hour, I called up the restaurant to check on the status. The person who received my call was very very rude and all he said was mam we cannot deliver because we don't have a delivery van so we cancelled your order. I was really mad and hungry and I said but u guys have sent the confirmation email, I didn't receive any cancellation email. He said no we didn't send any confirmation email. I replied politely by saying I have the email in my mailbox. His response was really rude and said we have not sent any confirmation email and hung up on me. I am never ordering food from this restaurant and made sure to share the experience with my friends. Also for the attitude the guy had there food actually is not that good.
