For a company who states their mission is to make people feel awesome, remind them of how awesome they are, and celebrate the good we do as a community and the positive impact we have on the world, I was extremely disappointed to walk into the One Loudoun location today only to find that there wasn’t a changing table in either of the bathrooms to change my 9mo daughter.
