Love South Block! Wish they could show some love to those of us out West by opening up a location in Gainesville. I know of neighbors who even travel to the Chantilly location. They’d get a ton of business out here and would fit in quite nicely at the Virginia Gateway shopping center.

Great place to get a somewhat healthy acai bowl. They have several kinds, and some are healthier than others. My personal favorite is the Nutella bowl. The service is pretty good, and the atmosphere is decent. There is plenty of parking on the street and garage.

Vegetarian options: I don't think there is any meat here. I beleive it's all vegetarian.

I've been to South Block a few times now, and it has quickly become one of my go-to spots. The almond butter smoothie bowl is delicious! Got 3 Nutella bowls and literally there was almost no Nutella… at other locations they put a layer on Nutella on top of the acai but not here…

Nice location and the staff was adequate. The bowls didn’t have much flavor and was too sweet. Cali Vibes bowl was really watered down. The Loaded Egg Avocado Toast was nice.
