3 days in a row, they mess up my order. You give different drinks what I asked for and they don't admit their mistake, and when you go to the window, they ask you, they'll tell you, that's what they charge you for even though you didn't ask for it today. They hand my drink to somebody else. The car in front of me. When I went up to the window, they took the drink back from the other car and hand me the same drink again.And then they say that the car did not touch it

Very unprofessional. I ask oatmeal, they didn’t give me spoons, sugar or almond. I asked about it. They gave me sugar, raisins and honey but no spoons. I had to wait to ask about the spoons. The gave me at the last. The store wasn’t busy. It was slow. I am very disappointed with service. The time was around 4:45 Friday August 8

I stop by Starbucks almost every morning, and its always such a pleasant experience! The staff is friendly and always get my order out quickly, even if its busy. My iced caramel macchiato is always perfectly balanced—not too sweet, with just the right amount of espresso kick. The stores always clean, cozy, and has plenty of seating for me to get some work done.

Dear Customers, I am a customer myself and I would like for you all to have some damn DECORUM! The Baristas are there to serve you and they do an amazing job, but from what I see from you all as I sit there and watch is disgusting. LET THEM WORK and stop coming in there being creeps or also thinking you're complimenting them! You don't know them, you don't know what they go through! Go in there, order, receive that order with the smile they give, and LEAVE. LET THEM WORK!

The lid was not tight and spilled my entire coffee in car. Now I have coffee stains all over my car. $3 drinking costing me $200 detailing on car now. This is the 3nd time this week. 1x in car; 1x in home; Another time when it happened the their employee...she goes to pick up my drink and entire hot coffee on her hand. LIGHTEN THE LID......THIS IS SO UPSETTING. AND I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO CORPORATE.

I was recently in Ashburn for a 3 week business trip, and my hotel was right next to this Starbucks, so you know where I went for breakfast every morning! The baristas were always so pleasant and kind, whether I picked up a mobile order or ordered inside. Also, my drink was made perfectly every time!!!

My only TINY complaint is that the glass and doors on the outside are tinted or at least appear very dark, making it super uninviting and hard to see inside. It almost looks closed except for the very busy drive thru! Also, and this is not a location specific issue, but I personally miss when baristas were allowed to dress more colorfully and express their personalities more. The black is so dreary. But these baristas are a 10/10!! Keep up the amazing work!!!
