slow slow slow rude. The lady took my order at the drive thru and then got to the window and no one came to window. Was sitting at the drive thru for 15 mins or more ridiculous they need to close this starbucks.

When they are open, I haven't had an issue. Google says they are open but when I go they are closed. The girl told me today they close at 5 but online it says 6pm. I'm just confused as to why whenever I go they are closed.

Went mid afternoon to order my coffee and left my cell phone at the counter. Went to visit my mom, and she tells me that Arnita at Starbucks has my phone. I hurry over to retrieve my phone. Coffee was great, but honesty and taking the initiative to inform my mom was so considerate. Thank you Arnita!!

this starbucks is NEVER open and the line is ridiculously long. they also don't do mobile order. They always make the drink right but a girl needs her pick me up in the afternoon.
Michael gave Above and Beyond excellent customer service to me this morning when drive through was closed but only mobile orders for pick up inside. He helped this technology illiterate girl tremendously by teaching me how to use the app and then making me the best Dragonfruit Refresher when system wouldn’t even take order because of store being out of stock on dragonfruit. I hope management gives the very deserving acknowledgment and praise to him for going above and beyond anyone else has ever in the hundreds of Starbucks Ive been to in this country ❤️ He’s my new BFF!!

This location REALLY needs to train their staff, from over charging to forgetting orders, every time I go its a disaster. I gave multiple attempts for this location and used different ordering methods. This location screwed up the order every time. I don't order anything complicated but maybe that's the issue.....no one knows how to prepare coffee with half-and-half.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Came with a friend and between our drinks and the sweets, everything is quite delicious. A tiny bit on the pricer side, but overall very enjoyable.

This Starbucks is my favorite!! Staff is super friendly and upbeat and the tip jars are the cutest, coffee is delicious!!
