Whoever early morning, opening shift are, they don't have it together. I've been here 5 times now on my way to work, ordered ahead first thing when they opened at 5:30am and I have to wait about 10 minutes before I get my order when I arrive.I always see the guy looking and walking around like he's pretending to be busy but not really doing anything. The last time I came he saw me pull up to the window but took 5 minutes to come open it and tell me they couldn't add vanilla to my drink.I have the complete opposite experience whenever I go to the Leesburg Battlefield Starbucks in the mornings on my way to work so it looks like I'll be going back to that one. Takes them 2 minutes from when I put my order in and they're busier than the One Loudoun location.

It’s been more than 30 minutes; I am in drive drive-through lane. Understaffed or lazy people. I wish i can reverse my car but there is a long line. I will never comeback to this place.

This is the last time I go to this Starbucks. I don't know if they're crazy understaffed, if half their machines are broken, or if everybody in Ashburn is ordering the most complicated drinks possible. But every time I try to use the drive thru it CONSISTENTLY takes 10x longer (I'm not even exaggerating) than I expect.I hate to leave a negative review because the staff is actually very pleasant and the quality here is better than many Starbucks I've been to. But it's just not worth the wait.

I normally avoid this Starbucks because they often run out of cold brew, but I swung by around 10:30 AM today since it’s on my way to work. I’ve had decent experiences here before, but not this time. The staff member at the drive-thru was visibly very annoyed from the moment I arrived. She looked like she didn’t want to be there. I was fine with waiting a bit since she was preoccupied, but her attitude made the experience unpleasant. When I tried to pay, she was very unhelpful, leaving me to struggle with the payment device while she just stared, looking annoyed. The low point was when my drink spilled on my pants, and all she did was hand over a tissue, still with that annoyed expression. Honestly, her whole demeanor was very unwelcoming and uncalled for.

Conducting training during the busiest time of the morning is a poor managerial decision, especially since it's already understaffed. Staff always looks run down, forgetting part of the orders or acting stressed.

33 minutes for a coffee because somebody didn’t like my name or order? Order was half made sitting on the counter for over 25 minutes, you nailed it Starbucks, welldone ?

Holy cow the wait times are insane when you go in - even if you order in advance. I've tried going here over a dozen times and each is the same. So I go through the drive-thru - key hint here, guys. Quick and never good no matter which delivery option you go with. They rush to get your money if you go indoors then the FASTEST I have waited was 10 minutes but their average is about 15-20 minutes. Drive thru is within minutes.Now about the drinks - inside is always perfect. great taste etc. Drive thru, like last night, was not what I ordered. Pretty much got a burnt reg coffee with half and half possibly. What I ordered was a white mocha - tasted nothing of the sort. Hope this helps someone

Just horrible drive thru line is ridiculously long. What is going on. No one should have to wait 30mins in for a cup of coffee.
