Sat at the register while employee did busy work, saw me multiple times, didn’t greet me once I tried to grab attention but just continued about her day this morning. Ended up leaving after 7 minutes of no service or attention while being the only person in line and making eye contact multiple times

I waited for my latte for 10 minutes and there was no line at all. The girl with the pigtail takes new orders without serving the previous customers. Late to work because of this. I will go to another Starbucks.

Bought a black coffee and drank it. Gave me the coffee buzz I expected to make me feel I can conquer anything for the next 2 hours. Got a smile, got a table, and didn't get stabbed. Will come back to this place.

1. Don't go here if you're in a hurry. Zero urgency.2. If you accidentally misorder an item, don't expect a complimentary card even though most Starbucks are nice enough to do that.Won't be coming back. Poor service.

Barb the barista at this Starbucks is very rude. Every time I come to this Starbucks, she always seems to be in bad mood and Ive seen her get loud with multiple customers before. This isn’t the first I’ve had a bad encounter with her. But today was very unsettling for me. I went in to buy a gift card, she sees me standing there and says to the other barista “she can keep waiting I’m doing something else.” The worse part is, she says it loud enough for me to hear as if I’m being a bother to her. In no way was I rushing them to attend to me but for her to say that towards a customer is very unprofessional and unwelcoming. I hope management see this and takes proper action.

This is a newer Starbucks that recently replaced a smaller one. Ironic because when I go there it still feels small inside. For some reason this location has very few individual tables and t larger long tables for seating. This is generally not ideal if you're trying to work on a project as you have to sit and listen to others. The location has a drive through window though I never use it. The place is reasonably clean and the coffee and food is as expected. My reasoning for the poor review is their service as it relates to mobile orders. I order my drinks and food 10 minutes in advance of arriving and during at least half of my visits it's clear they haven't even started on my order before I arrive. To make matters worse I consistently see people walk in the store, place an order for a similar drink to mine, and walk about with it before my order is ready. Something is wrong with the process at this location. I have mentioned this several times to the workers though no changes in sight. This location is closet to me though while I stand around for 10+ minutes waiting for a drink I often wonder why I return.
We recently went here and got a puppaccino for our pup and a frappaccino and a nitros cold brew for us. Cold brew and puppaccino were fine and service was good but I think they made my frappaccino a triple chocolate by accident. It was almost undrinkable. Otherwise a decent stop! We’ve been here before with no issues on drink orders so definitely think this was a rare occurrence!
