They make you buy something to get water.

I've been a regular customer at this Starbucks, getting a coffee latte almost every day. Today, I was meeting someone and asked for a cup of water while I waited. I was told they wouldn't give me water unless I placed an order first — which I found very odd and unwelcoming. I explained I was waiting for someone and would order once they arrived. But after that experience, I canceled the meeting.
Once I use up the remaining balance in my app, I’ll be deleting it and saying goodbye to Starbucks. I hope they train their staff to be more polite. Also, the quality of the coffee here keeps getting worse day by day.

Every Starbucks I’ve been through I can get a free tapwater. That’s the only Starbucks would not provide you a free tapwater. They require me to buy something in order for me to get the free water but thank you. We are a neighbors and we will never do business with you. Shame on you
I ordered Caramel Frappuccino , I got 2/3 of cup of crunchy ice !! And this is not first time!

The drive thru employees here are so friendly and the service is speedy! Sadly the new Horchata drink was pretty awful even though it was hyped up online. I do not recommend it.

Smelled like a literal zoo inside. I almost left my coffee (which i should have considering 1/4 was missing) due to the smell and long wait. I dont know how people can work there with that horrible stench in the air!

One week ago at 0830, I was going thru drive up. Simply asked to put my items in a bag and was refused. The manager stated that is a policy with Starbucks not to provide any bags. Very rude. I go to other Starbucks in Ashburn and they gladly provide a bag. I need as I bring drinks to my nurses and staff. It was just a simple bag, not anything extravagant. The worse experience with Starbucks ever. This is a terrible way to treat customers and especially a veteran

This is by far the worst Starbucks I've ever visited. The store manager is consistently rude and makes you feel uncomfortable every time. I won't be coming back! The drinks are also terrible, much worse compared to other Starbucks locations.
