honestly this starbucks was one of the best i've ever been to. ethan, hamza, and shak are seriously the best employees!!! i was here with my aunt and they made our drinks perfectly! i also came with my dog Stevo, and hamza handed us a super cute pup cup! the bathrooms were clean, the service was great, and our drinks were perfect! thank you to the entire staff, but especially hamza shak ethan. you guys rock! stevo misses you guys already!

this starbucks is STILL so great and consistent. my dog Stevo yearns to come here everytime he gets in my car. we do stop by whenever we can! we receive outstanding service each time. i do want to say, however, that i did witness an employee taking out the trash, and the poor barista fell into the bushes because it was so heavy. maybe split up the trash more to make it less heavy. i got out of my car and gave the barista a hug and a kiss on the forehead to make sure they were okay. overall, good location!

Came to this location this morning, 11/03/25 at 5:15AM, and they were CLOSED. There was even an employee waiting out front for someone with keys to open the store because whoever the opening supervisor is hadn’t shown up yet. I saw at least 5 people show up looking to purchase their coffee and they sped off mad. Horrendous and completely unacceptable. Way to drop the ball Pipeline Plaza Starbucks.

I love the outdoor seating, love pumpkin spice and I love cake pops. As a non-motorist I just wish I could get to this one without getting run over. I feared for my life on the way here and especially the way back. I don't plan on coming here again even when I get my license as I don't want to take unnecessary trips.

Clean, and was busy - but they still took the time to train their folks how to handle allergies, and kept the clean tongs clear and free to use on my food without letting it be set down anywhere or mixed up with others.
Solid croissant but a bit smaller than what you can get at a Panera or Wegmans. Pastry is more flaky and thick, not as light.

I've been a regular customer at this Starbucks, getting a coffee latte almost every day. Today, I was meeting someone and asked for a cup of water while I waited. I was told they wouldn't give me water unless I placed an order first — which I found very odd and unwelcoming. I explained I was waiting for someone and would order once they arrived. But after that experience, I canceled the meeting.
Once I use up the remaining balance in my app, I’ll be deleting it and saying goodbye to Starbucks. I hope they train their staff to be more polite. Also, the quality of the coffee here keeps getting worse day by day.
They are so nice and the service is so fast!!! Best Starbucks ever.

Every Starbucks I’ve been through I can get a free tapwater. That’s the only Starbucks would not provide you a free tapwater. They require me to buy something in order for me to get the free water but thank you. We are a neighbors and we will never do business with you. Shame on you

The drive thru employees here are so friendly and the service is speedy! Sadly the new Horchata drink was pretty awful even though it was hyped up online. I do not recommend it.
