$30 for 2 footlongs???? That is absolutely outrageous and disgusting. My entire appetite is completely ruined now! I don’t want to ever give business to subway anymore! The worker was being extremely stingy with whatever I asked for on my sandwiches. I watched her put 3 leaves of spinach at a time on my sandwiches. Kept having to ask for her to put more of more whatever I asked for. Subway is a multi-0!BILLION dollar company… COME ON

Ordered two veggie delight subways at Yukon place and they were filled with lettuce only. Up on asking the preparer told us they are asked to fill more lettuce compared to other ingredients which is very cheap
. Very disappointed and not recommend this place for subway.

-10000 for girl’s attitude. No hello how are you, no smile. And the guy behaved I interrupted them when they were in action. Not recommended.

This place kinda nasty, lady making sandwiches was touching her phone and sniffling all over the sandwiches gave me the ick, the other lady making my wrap didn't ask for what cheese I wanted and forgot to add the sauce I asked and the sauce she did put was pathetic she just gave it a little squirt so my shit was dry but ig that's my fault for not overly supervising her making my wrap, the only good thing was that they greeted me but overall the food safty and handling is gross the veggies displayed looked old and frost burned definitely would go to different subway place cause this ain't it yall 😔
Worst Subway in the area of Ashburn. Makes frequent mistakes on your order, is very skimpy with toppings and likes to argue at every little comment or criticism.
Avoid ordering online at this location. It seems like they are running a scam of stealing your chicken!!!
Ordered footlong and there was barely any chicken in it. The “chicken” sandwich was basically like eating bread with some veggies and came with a side quest titled “go find your chicken”!!! Had the some experience twice. Never again ordering online at this location.
Awful. The salads were all frozen or looked old and stale so we had none on our sandwiches. The server was miserable and unhelpful and made one of sandwiches without the sauce, which we then had to ask for to be added and they weren’t happy about it. The sandwiches were passable but with so many other options nearby, this was our first and last visit.
i love subway and this is the closest one to my house but never ever want to go to this one and i feel like i have to go out of my way to visit another store. the staff is ALWAYS rude i’ve truly never seen them smile or be friendly once! i feel like i’m inconveniencing them every. time. i come in. i do believe in tipping at subways bc they are preparing my food but i don’t feel the need to tip at this one because of how they are and it’s so disappointing

It's so nice and clean in here. Nice and quiet too. Sometimes you need a sandwich. That's all you need, just a sandwich. Give us more discounts. I want coupons on the door so I can freeload all I want. Do they make pizza? Do people go to subway and get a pizza? I find that kind of weird?

I just ordered a Philly Cheese, the employee put the wrong sauce and removed it with her fingers thinking I would still eat it. I asked to remake the sub and then she barely put any meat on it. 0/10. I will not be coming back.

One of the worst sub I ever had, the quality of the sub is very poor and chicken filling is insane. I visited many places but I always ate the best once. I wish the management reviews and make sure they have well trained and reliable people for preparing sub.

Decided against my better judgement to get Subway for lunch. Had to try 3 different times, 3 different ways (website on phone, website on computer, downloading app) to get the order to go through. Shouldn't have to download the app just to place an order. Finally, after 30 minutes get my order to go through and head to the store as it's supposed to be ready at 11:30. Get to the store shortly after 11:30 and it's not ready. They ask if I've placed an order, so I show them my order screen where it says the order has been received just to be told that they have no order. I am then told to wait until they help everyone in line which took about ten minutes. Once they're through with the line I'm told they have no order in the system so there must be an issue with my payment, I check my bank and the payment has been taken out of my account. I show the cashier and she said, "Oh well, there's nothing we can do". I don't understand why I was told to wait 10 minutes just to be told there was nothing that could be done, that was information that could've allowed me to leave in time to get food before my break was over. So, I wasted my whole hour lunch break placing my order and waiting at the restaurant just to be told oh well and to contact my bank for a refund. How is this acceptable? Why is there no customer service line to get in touch with Subway when issues such as this arise??! Subway has become a bottom of the barrel establishment that screws over their customers any chance they get, and this is extremely frustrating. I wish I could say this is the first time this has taken place but unfortunately it is not. Guess it's time to leave Subway in the past like many other patrons over the years. Thanks for wasting my time for the last time. Edit- And now the website won't work enough to submit a customer service feedback form, the dissatisfaction with Subway is unreal today.
