This was the first Subway I've had in a very long time and for the most part I was pleasantly surprised. While the location still has that stale Subway smell, the food was better than expected. The Philly cheesesteak was actually quite good, warm and melty and fresh and while it doesn't taste like an authentic cheese steak, it definitely was passable. But unfortunately the other thing I was surprised by was the price, $15 for a footlong? And not even like a combo, like just the sandwich? If I had had more time I feel like I could have taken that money and gotten a better meal somewhere else. If you're super into Subway or have a coupon or something, this would be a good location for you. Otherwise I would find a meal somewhere else.

I hope this place goes out of business and replaced with something better but the teenage kids that don’t know a good sub from bad one will keep it going. I’ve never had worse customer service. The heavy set lady just stared at me with a blank look on her face like the last thing she wanted to do was make me a sub (for my teenage son I don’t eat subway). Ended up walking out while she made it. Much better subs at Scottos or filling co with much better service. If the owner cares to read this I was there at 12:20pm 6/14. Get better employees or keep getting the one star reviews

Fell sick after eating here. I order veggie patty but it was not fresh. Next morning started throwing up and extreme diarrhea. Never eating from this place again.

I have noticed that a lot of Subway restaurants are skimming down the food quantities when ordering online, meat and veggies alike.

This is one of those restaurants. Avoid ordering food online here. They are so busy cheating their online customers with their food quantities that they don’t even bother to properly read what has been ordered. Multiple times they have got my order wrong. Today, it was the bread. Ordered couple of footlongs. In one of the footlong, there was just 1 small piece of chicken on half the sandwich. The other half had barely enough that you would find on a 6inch sub. Same cheating with Veggies.

Bad customer service from subway as well. There is no easy way to complain to subway directly. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times but they don’t bother to answer the call.
I hope Subway does something about this. Otherwise, its just a matter of time that this becomes a major issue for them.

You pay close to $10 for a sub, so you’d expect it to be worth it but it never is. I don’t know why I keep trying this place every few months, hoping it’ll be better, but it always disappoints. The workers are unhygienic and rude. I’m not sure if they ignore the instructions or are just having a bad day but somehow, they seem to have a bad day every time I order.

This time, I placed an online order. I didn’t add anything spicy, but the sub came extremely spicy. I also selected “less sauce,” but they drowned it in sauce anyway. It was honestly inedible.

I’ve avoided writing this review before because I like to support people, but this was too much. I always tell myself I won’t order again, but due to the lack of food options nearby, I keep giving it another chance and every time, I regret it. This review is mainly a reminder to myself to not order from here again.

First of all, I made an order online and the pick time was 1:25 PM. I arrived at 1:30 and had to wait till 1:45 PM to have my order get ready. The whole idea of ordering online is that you pick up your order and go and No Waiting is needed.
Secondly, the customer service is very poor. The lady didn’t even apologize for me waiting overtime. They don’t even look at you when they talk. Really rude.

Whoever is the manager of this place please teach your employees some good customer service manners!!!

Staff is weird, no acknowledgement, seem to cancel my payment for no reason, then just stares. Seemed more eagered to take the next customer instead of finishing my order. This place deserves zero stars.

One of the Rudest subways I've ever been too! Get new staff immediately! They barely comprehend what you're saying to them and then have the nerve to have a attitude on top of it! I'll never come back. A guy came in was just stating that the prices went up and at another subway nearby it's cheaper they told him to go to that one next time! It's like they hate their jobs!
