This is the worst subway I have been to. Staff is clueless, didn't use gloves to make my online order and totally messed up the order. Not to mention the salad was stale and uncovered while the staff was cleaning the area with dirty cloth. When questioned, they do not speak or understand English. I requested them to cancel my order but she did not understand. When asked for manager, got a rude response and was asked to return the next morning.

If I can give a zero star I would . The staff was unfriendly and not helpful at all. I have ordered online and my order show in my app that it was ready for pickup. I have shown to the lady at the store but she keep insisting that she does not have my order . I show her on the app that I have paid and it is ready for pick up 5 times. She still insisted that she does have my order until I called the store Manager and the order was on a rack in the back ready to pick up 10 min ago.

Never seen such a cheap subway. Order new mexicali sub and they ran out of guacamole and lady didn't even bother to refill container again and put enough on sandwich.

The worker did not know how to make any of the premade sandwich’s and didn’t know any of the cheeses, meats, or veggies. I asked for #9 and they didn’t know how to make it so I had to read it out loud. I asked for rotisserie chicken which they didn’t know what that was, I asked for chedder cheese and was given shredded mozzarella, and when i asked for banana peppers they gave me jalapeño peppers. don’t recommend
