Conventional thinking is that every Subway restaurant is the same. Not true. The Subway at Broadlands is one of the best I have ever dined in! It was clean and fresh looking in every respect. I really like the soft lighting used instead of the bright white lights. The special touch is the small heart-shaped artificial plants on each table--I have never seen these at any other Subway. This used to be a great Subway but there seems to be new ownership. Today, for the third time, I ordered online and arrived in about 30 minutes to pick it up. The man there, an older man who is painfully slow to do anything, hadn’t even seen my order. After ten minutes with no sandwiches for me, a younger man came out and made them. The woman in front of me wanted tomatoes on her sub but they almost looked moldy. She refused them and the older man said that new ones would be in later today. The portions much smaller now and who knows how old the meat is if the veggies are bad too?!
To top it off today, as I was waiting, a naked man came out of the bathroom holding a tshirt over his junk. He walked through the restaurant, out to his car and drove away. Maybe a sign that says that that only customers can use the restroom?

They are supposed to be getting paid for making sandwiches but they can't do it right at all. My sandwich was supposed to have rotisserie chicken in it and when it was dropped off to me there was no chicken in it at all. Very horrible service. If I could give them 0 starts I would . I have pictures of the sandwich, I would post them if I could

This use to be a good subway takeaway(for me). But quality has definitely degraded a lot. Less sauce, not so fresh bread. Looks like i am gonna look for another subway now

If I could give fewer stars, I would. This is definitely the worst place I've ever eaten. It's truly disgusting. The place is dirty, and the person who served me wore the same gloves to accept money and serve my food. I don't understand why they don't have some kind of supervision.
Ordered veg sandwiches online. This is by far the worst sandwich I ever had. There was barely any veggies inside, 2 cucumbers 4 spinach in a footlong. Unbelievable. missing a few items and the dressing barely there. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY at this Subway branch.

No lettuce in the store I was told, lady made my sandwich with extra cheese and less meat and told me that’s the way it comes. Made sandwich and didn’t put bacon on then tried to charge me for it. She had to go back and put it on after I asked her. She didn’t even want to cook it and gave an attitude when I asked her to. I’ve been eating subway since I was a child this was the WORST EVER experience. Do NOT go here for good subs, you won’t get it.

The bread was stale and hard on both the sandwiches. The cookies were also hard as a rock. Food quality was awful. Last but definitely not the least, the girl had horrible attitude and was having a really hard time following what I wanted on my sandwich. Never going back.

I always enjoy my time of coming here, The workers make it a calm atmosphere for all the customers that come in and give us a good meal. My sub comes out nice and perfect with a bit of crisp around the edges and a nice savory taste in the steak that i get! Let’s not forget about the side of cookies with every order as well, i appreciate the small desert before or afterwards to fulfill my entire order. I appreciate everything this Subway does, you guys are amazing thank you for your excellent service! 😊

I had a pleasant experience here a couple of days back when I ordered the tuna subway. The girl working there I assume a student was very helpful in guiding me to choose what to have. I had some issues ordering through the app but she helped me order it and was very patient with me. I live a little far from this place and have other subway choices close by but I will definitely choose this and drive far for their service.
