The meat seemed undercooked it made my stomach hurt right after, vegetables don't look fresh at all and the break was soggy. Just not good to eat the people there were nice though but wouldn't come back .

I always try not order from this location because there are always problems when the orders but this time I ordered through DoorDash and I got this location so I called to add a pizza to this order and pay through the phone and it was very difficult for the girl to understand, she said ok and hung up on me but I wanted to give her the payment method so of course I couldn't receive my order because it was very difficult talking to the girl who answered me. It’s the worst location

This subway is AMAZING - highly recommend! They were able to accommodate a large order of subs on the spur of the moment and even threw in complementary dippers! Restaurant was extremely clean - service was fantastic - 30 foot longs ready in 20mins! If you need great subs for one or for a large group this is your go to spot!

Worst subway ever had among all the locations. The bread was so stale and thin. While eating it's too chewy rather than crispy. Also the lady working there was not that helpful in listening to their customers.

Not a good showing of a subway. Now, don’t get me wrong, I don’t hold subway to any sort of a high standard, but this location was having a ROUGH day.
I went in about 12:20 and didn’t really get finished ordering for nearly 15 minutes. That is too long for a Subway.
There were two employees, which in general is plenty…but not when one is in training and is having a difficult time understanding the orders. They were trying their best but even the people ordering had to help out and point to the items they wanted. I could tell the other employee was getting frustrated, thinking it would be easier for them to do it themselves.
But I eventually got my good and it tasted like subway, which is good.
We come here after going to the gym. Fantastic quick sandwiches when we don’t feel like cooking afterward. Five stars!

Conventional thinking is that every Subway restaurant is the same. Not true. The Subway at Broadlands is one of the best I have ever dined in! It was clean and fresh looking in every respect. I really like the soft lighting used instead of the bright white lights. The special touch is the small heart-shaped artificial plants on each table--I have never seen these at any other Subway. This used to be a great Subway but there seems to be new ownership. Today, for the third time, I ordered online and arrived in about 30 minutes to pick it up. The man there, an older man who is painfully slow to do anything, hadn’t even seen my order. After ten minutes with no sandwiches for me, a younger man came out and made them. The woman in front of me wanted tomatoes on her sub but they almost looked moldy. She refused them and the older man said that new ones would be in later today. The portions much smaller now and who knows how old the meat is if the veggies are bad too?!
To top it off today, as I was waiting, a naked man came out of the bathroom holding a tshirt over his junk. He walked through the restaurant, out to his car and drove away. Maybe a sign that says that that only customers can use the restroom?

They are supposed to be getting paid for making sandwiches but they can't do it right at all. My sandwich was supposed to have rotisserie chicken in it and when it was dropped off to me there was no chicken in it at all. Very horrible service. If I could give them 0 starts I would . I have pictures of the sandwich, I would post them if I could
