They forgot to toast or add sauces in my sandwich. Tastes so bland. I ordered pick up and they packed it so I can’t validate what’s added.

After my bad experience at another subway, I was skeptical. But it was a pleasure to know that this subway was right there. Friendly, did not have to ask twice. He filled up the sandwiches the right way, the way most subways fill up. Did not hesitate on the sauce or the condiments. And did not cringe when presented with a subway coupon.Everything that you expect from a subway. Will not say he was over the top, but compared to my experience at the other subway, it was just perfect. Just the experience I needed to restore my trust in subway service.Kid-friendliness: Very respectful towards kids. My twins enjoyed conversing with the guy behind the menu.

Zero stars would be more appropriate for this Subway clown show. About 2-3 months ago I went to this location to order a meatball sub. The woman behind the counter put about 4-5 of their tiny meatballs and no sauce on the roll I said really, there's plenty of room left for a few more plus some actual sauce wouldn't hurt. The owner walked over and he said what's the problem and I explained that the meatball sub I just ordered looked NOTHING like their misleading ads. He whispered to her to add some. I paid and left.Last week, stupid me again went to this same Subway location and the lady behind the counter asked what I would like. I told her a footlong meatball on italian bread. Just then, the same guy, an Indian man walked up and said we don't have any meatballs. It was complete BS. He recognized me and decided not to serve me. I proceeded to another Subway location and was treated nicely and I got my meatball sub. How Subway in general hasn't been sued in a class action suit is beyond me. The subs never look like they do on TV and on the pictures in the stores. There are plenty of other Subway locations to visit and avoid this one in Ashburn. The guy is a little creep.

Friendly and nice manager! This location is always clean and the veggies are always fresh. Employee change their gloves after every little touch and will keep their prep area super clean. I will drive to this location just to avoid, the much closer, Yukon Drive location.

I visit frequently and every time I get the best service, if you visit the place next time try their White Chip Macadamia Nut Cookie. Even though every Subway location has this Cookie variety, it tastes very fresh and yummy at this place.
Worst Subway I’ve been to. Were their employees even trained. The toaster wasn’t turned on when I came in at 9:45 am and it took 10 mins for it to heat up. They put buffalo sauce instead of bbq sauce, and overall just made a mess of a sandwich. Never again.
