After ordering online, i arrived to pickup my food i found 5 uber eats drivers wating , and they were not looking happy at all, i when to the pickup to take my order they told me i have to wait 40 for any kond of rice to be ready,,,, 40 mins to pickup my order . Unprofessional. Dont recommend

Atmosphere: clean and quite Food: great warm, looked super fresh when I got there Service: when I walked in four people were out on the floor. Three of them disappeared when I got in line to order. Took 5 mins to get to order made. ( I was the only person in line). The young lady that help me had no customer service . I do have some diet restrictions and normally it’s easy to switch out everything and I pay . I normally pay a few dollers more due to substitutions. Everytime I ask to sub something I got “that coast extra with an attitude. At the end I was not ask about rewards. Was not given a receipt when asked and was not given a bag . Service was super poor the last few time I been here. Looks like nothing has changed

I'm writing a review about this company..I was hired to work at the Shelby township location .I'm much older then all of the employees I feel because of my age I had a target on my back .please don't support this company by buying their food. They don't support people over the age of 50 to work for them .and they hire employees that are all best friends that is a disvantage for new employees coming in the company to work .I had told the manager at the Shelby township store I didn't really think mean girls and men didn't exist anymore but they are mean girls

Im paying almost 20 dollars a bowl and they can't even fill it all the way up, sometimes its actually filled properly then sometimes its only like 60-70% filled which is unacceptable for what i'm paying

I really liked this place. The ingredients are fresh and the portions are generous. I was planning to go to Cava, but I heard about this spot and it’s definitely a must-try. Their homemade juices are excellent, the ginger green juice especially is spectacular. The prices are also pretty affordable compared to Cava and Chipotle. The chicken avocado ranch was my go-to. Highly recommend.

I recently ordered a meal and mistakenly ordered it for pickup. I immediately called to cancel but Sweetgreen said that 1 minute was too late to cancel because it was an ASAP order. Then I had to wait 2 hours for my reorder to be delivered although that was an ASAP order. When I complained to customer service all I kept getting was automated responses saying they understand how frustrated I must be feeling. Terrible customer service. Just salad for me from now on.

I loved this place, it was always fresh, great taste, big portions, but as I finished my salad with maybe 2 bites lift I found a huge fly of some sort at the bottom 🤮 unfortunately I’ll never be able to eat it again.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Slow service, protein portions are small and their process is dirty.
Slow Service: Ordered using app at 6pm. Received notification that food was ready at 6:30. Did not receive food until 7, an hour after order. Why did I receive a notification that it was ready?
Small Protein Portion: Substituted chicken for roast chicken and only received about 10 small cubes. Places like Farmside Kitchen give a lot more for less price. Go there instead.
Dirty Process: They place receipts directly on top of the food as they are preparing. Receipts contain BPA, BPS or BPF which are hazardous chemicals. This is unacceptable and concerning.
Will never return to Sweetgreen and deleting the app.

went to sweetgreen Mansfield got 2 bowls the garlic steak and the salmon both were bad the steak was so tough I couldn't get a metal fork with sharpened tines into the chunks the wild rice was not cooked properly cucumbers were super bitter the salmon was so over cooked it was hard avocados were very under ripe again the white rice was under cooked it was crunchy I won't be going back the service was good and the staff was pleasant
