Extreme disappointment! This weekend, I was visiting family in the Ashburn area and decided to try Sweetgreen for the first time. Needless to say, I will not be a return customer at any location.I placed an order online. When I received an email that my order was ready, I went to pick it up. Only to find out that my order was not ready, and the staff were unable to locate my order nor recall if they recently made the salad, and it could have been mistakenly taken by another customer. I had to present the order confirmation on my phone for the staff to make my order. What I received was not the correct salad and did not match what I had requested.This incorrect order not only disrupted my meal plans but also affected my overall dining experience negatively. I contacted corporate shortly after this experience, and they have not yet responded.

I had tried sweetgreen previously in North Carolina several times and loved it and was so excited we got it here in VA too, but yesterday I was so dissapointed that I think that was my last visit to sweetgreen.Let's be honest, the portion of the chicken was ridiclously small for what you pay. My scoop of rice was way more than my scoop of meat. I don't think I spend $15.00 for 6,7 small pieces of chicken!

There was simply not enough food in the bowl for a salad to be 15 dollars I asked for extra chicken after watching the worker proceed to put half of the measuring cup in my bowl and was told it would be extra for another serving. By the time the create your own salad was finished, you could still see 1/2 of the sides of the bowl it looked like a kids meal even after the extra portion of meat. They were quite stingy on the dressing as well. I normally asked for medium dressing on the side, and he proceeded to give me one dressing, and I normally get 2 at every other location when I order the same salad. The portions are getting smaller and smaller. I have never had this issue at the Reston location. Plan ahead and go to Reston instead.The icing on the cake was how unfriendly the guy was that was helping us. When we left the store, my son said to me he did not seem like he liked us very much. Out of the mouth of babes. It will be our last visit!

Been to a few sweet green locations and this one is BY FAR my favorite!! I had Ryan as my salad chef and he was extremely attentive and helpful walking me through my order. I am vegetarian and he seemed to really know his stuff when it came to ingredients in sauces and veggie mixes ! Will definitely be going to this lovely location again !

I loved my experience here, service is wonderful with Ryan being the one addressing everyone! The only one! I can’t imagine going here on a day when he isn’t here, it’s too quiet. He helped me to some Tofu when I forgot to get some for my child and was extremely polite about it!

I’m vegetarian and this place (and their awesome staff!) is a lifesaver for me during the week when I need to snag a quick lunch that’s filling, hearty, and delicious! ?

Came in here today for food, and had to wait 20 minutes for them to make more chicken.Then after waiting 20 minutes, went back up for my order and they were out of corn. I could understand if they were short staffed but there was 7 people working . Will never come to this location again. Will just drive the extra 10 minutes to the one in Reston Town Center where I've never had an issue.
