Worker SPIT IN MY DRINK - Drive thru at around 810PM Friday May 30th 2025. Two younger middle eastern looking boys working the drive thru, one grabbed the drink when it was already ready to be handed to me and the other one blocked the view with his body while the other spit in the drink.
Absolutely never coming to this location ever again.

Peer incompetence. There have been multiple times now when I ordered a STEAK Grande Breakfast Burrito and recieved a SAUSAGE Grande Breakfast Burrito instead. I have seen it both ways where although the drive thru repeated back STEAK, the receipt said sausage and had it where the receipt said STEAK and STILL received SAUSAGE. I am not sure if it is the entire store that is incompetent or just that select crew, but beware in the mornings. I have never had this issue at the Leesburg store ever.

Cashier was rude,chicken tasted like canned chicken, two tacos were put in the same wrapper, on top of being given chicken in my steak street chalupa which I have a receipt and photo of the taco to prove it was supposed to be steak and I got chicken , food wasn’t warmed I am very unhappy with my food and overall experience I am a past Taco Bell shift lead I know what the food is supposed to taste like so I have expectations I know how it’s supposed to be wrapped and this location def doesn’t do that or uphold that standard never have I been to a Taco Bell that had there chicken taste like it came straight out of a can off a Walmart shelf was on a road trip so I didn’t turn around but I’m very disappointed with my entire order

We go to this taco bell about once a week and are always pleased with the service, quality of food, and cleanliness of the restaurant. It's no secret that taco bells service and quality varies greatly depending on which one you go to, but we are never disappointed. Even though I know these staff do not know us from the next guy in line. They always do a great job in recognizing us as valued customers and ensure our food order is correct and fresh. We will continue to come to this taco bell!
