Cashier was acting smart around me Then employees in the back calling people stupid And I didn’t get a spoon for my Famous KFC Bowl. Do they know what they are doing in there, Where the customer service at?
Rude and jealous Spanish female manager working on July28th refused to make my wife's order gave her dirty looks and made inappropriate remarks in Spanish. We were told the chicken needed to cook. Twenty minutes passed and we never got our order. Drive thru got their orders and they had no intentions of making our food maybe because we are black. She handed out all the other orders except ours. Insecure and racist people shouldn't work at KFC. Get a real job!
