Just witnessed a health code violation on October 7th, 2025 @ ~ 6:10pm. A customer went through the drive thru, drove off, parked, came in the store and told an employee he had the wrong food. The employee acknowledged he had the wrong food. The employee then proceeded to give the customer at the window the food which was given to the wrong customer driven around the store and then brought back in. I will never trust this location again.

We went to kfc yesterday (June 10, 2025) at 43951 farewell hunt plaza, Ashburn, VA, and ordered 2 Tuesday specials 8 prices kfc chicken. She, the cashier changed me twice. I confronted the manager after see my charged twice on my card. And the manager checked the posi computer and confirmed (which was a lie) me that they did not charge me twice. By the way, she was very rude. Anyway when I came home and went to my online banking , I saw , instead of charging once for $36.02 charged my twice of $36.02. I herewith attached the receipt of the transaction at kfc. I know the eco6is shaky, but still I don't think we should be that dishonest for charging twice for the same itens.
