Has a great time with a gracious manager who noticed I had a smaller burrito and gave me two dollar burritos and a drink, and to add the woman making my second burrito made it super big! Thank cha
About what you would expect from Tacl Bell
Cold food, quick service.
I visited your store today around 8 PM to pick up my order and had a frustrating experience. I waited 15 minutes past my pickup time and politely asked the manager how much longer it would take, but she ignored me. After a while, another employee came to help, but the manager sent her back to work and told her not to assist me. Im not gonna discuss on what she said , but the way I was treated was really mean, unprofessional and disappointing. While I don't know her name, she appeared to be a Spanish-speaking woman. I recommend reassessing the leadership at this location to ensure better customer service
Price hikes are crazy.
No more $7 box, it is now the $11.30 “lux” box with less options and nachos.
Used to order from here weekly. Not doing these prices, so until it’s priced less than the one IN THE MALL I’m not coming back ❤️
Prices increased astronomically since they stopped selling the 7 dollar cravings box and 6 dollar veggie box. Same exact 7 dollars cravings box that was sold just a couple weeks ago is now 12 dollars… I will not be going here or the south riding location until prices come back down to earth.

every way Taco Bell is a shining example of what a fast food chain can achieve when it combines creativity, affordability, inclusivity, and a whole lot of personality. This has led me to going to Taco Bell almost everyday. This restaurant deserves 5 stars, without a doubt.
This is a terrible Taco Bell. I’d say that four out of five times when going through the drive-thru, they mess up your order and forget to give you something. On top of that, it’s ridiculously overpriced right now. A national campaign for Taco Bell is offering a $7 Luxx Cravings Box, but it’s $10 at this location. That’s almost a 50% markup over the advertised price.
Let’s begin with I haven’t had Taco Bell for years. My son convinced me to give it another try so I did. I got the chicken bowl with double chicken. $10.60 ish. Appearance, looks good the taste was just “fine”. The texture however was exactly as I remember Taco Bell. Everything is brown and mushy. It’s not that I want tough chicken but it shouldn’t dissolve as soon as it hits your mouth. The guacamole was VERY average at best. The rice was typical Taco Bell - mushy and over cooked. As I once saw on a video of European kids trying Taco Bell for the first time they said everything tastes the same just in a different shape. The chicken bowl is no different. If you ever had Taco Bell before and didn’t know where your meal came from after one bite you would be able to tell it was Taco Bell. This isn’t to say it’s bad, it’s just not for me. I prefer chipotle or Moe’s but this is $8 cheaper so there’s that.
Our neighborhood go to place. Friendly staff, great services.

never really had any problems here except last time i ordered (a few days ago). i placed a monile order and had an item missing.
Good service, clean store and quick service, not waiting.
If I could give zero stars I would. To start off the floor is extremely sticky to hear I can hear and feel my shoe peel up each time. It was dirty and not kept up. Okay so I ordered one large nacho fries and they somehow forgot the entire thing. I also ordered nachos but removed the beans and sour cream, both beans and sour cream were left on it. I also ordered a chicken quesadilla and for some reason got a steak quesadilla. Please explain how you mix up steak with chicken. And to top it all off I got a 5 layer burrito with no beans or sour cream and they gave me the amount of meat in a soft taco and just wrapped it in two tortillas. There’s was no cheese sauce it was literally a soft taco with two tortillas. If you’re lazy just say so. I counted at least 5 people working including what looked like a manager. It was ~ 7:00pm and there were only two other customers there who were already eating at a table. The drive through had maybe a steady one car in it. They were not busy or anything. It absolutely blows my mind how they managed to mess up every single damn thing I ordered. If it was on thing It would be whatever or even if they mixed up my order and some one else’s but every damn thing I ordered being wrong or missing is ridiculous especially when my receipt explaining what I ordered is literally stuck on it.
