If I could give zero stars I would. To start off the floor is extremely sticky to hear I can hear and feel my shoe peel up each time. It was dirty and not kept up. Okay so I ordered one large nacho fries and they somehow forgot the entire thing. I also ordered nachos but removed the beans and sour cream, both beans and sour cream were left on it. I also ordered a chicken quesadilla and for some reason got a steak quesadilla. Please explain how you mix up steak with chicken. And to top it all off I got a 5 layer burrito with no beans or sour cream and they gave me the amount of meat in a soft taco and just wrapped it in two tortillas. There’s was no cheese sauce it was literally a soft taco with two tortillas. If you’re lazy just say so. I counted at least 5 people working including what looked like a manager. It was ~ 7:00pm and there were only two other customers there who were already eating at a table. The drive through had maybe a steady one car in it. They were not busy or anything. It absolutely blows my mind how they managed to mess up every single damn thing I ordered. If it was on thing It would be whatever or even if they mixed up my order and some one else’s but every damn thing I ordered being wrong or missing is ridiculous especially when my receipt explaining what I ordered is literally stuck on it.

Disappointed with my recent experience at this Taco Bell location. I ordered two supreme crunchy tacos. Received regular crunchy tacos so returned to get what I ordered and paid for. The guy working at the drive thru window(10:45pm EST) opens the taco to look at them himself then proceeded to tell staff to just add tomato and sour cream in the tacos. Tacos are broken in half and overfilled with sour cream on the top. Disgusting service. Would not recommend this location.

Excellent food (got everything 100% right, which is important for us as vegetarians), clean inside, nice bathrooms, and super quick service (did a mobile order). Also very nice staff from the one interaction we had. Best Taco Bell location ever! So glad this is the one closest to me.

Absolutely the worst. Made me repeat myself several times and then still made everything in our order wrong. I now don't have dinner, and they wont even answer their phone, it sounds like its broken or theyre leaving it off the hook to avoid calls. Dont eat here.

This is the worst taco bell ever. Order took an hour and they didn’t give me half of my food. When i told them about this they called me mentally unstable. Fire all staff PLEASE. Never recommend. I would rather never eat again then come here.

The long-short of this review: I'm impressed. I'm so, so thoroughly impressed with the level of service we received tonight at this location.
Here's the bulked-up explanation:
My daughter, girlfriend, and I all arrived at the drive-thru sometime after midnight after a very long metro ride from DC. With it being Friday night at one of the only open food places in the area, we knew we'd be in for a wait*.
*Here's a hint (take notes, one-star/low-star reviewers): If it is any day of the weekend, if it's at peak mealtimes, and ESPECIALLY late at night, you SHOULD anticipate a wait. If you don't want to wait, eat what's in your pantry instead.
We placed our order (rather large — I apologize to the crew for that) and waited our turn in line. Sure, the line was moving rather slow, but again, as I mentioned before, this was ENTIRELY expected considering the day/time we arrived.
I am furious with myself for not catching her name, but to the cashier working the window this particular evening: Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. She kept up with our entire order, modifications and all, and even after the fact, was still willing to assist me. I had been waiting at the window for maybe a couple of minutes(? if even?) when I realized I forgot to get my daughter a drink. I politely asked to place another order for the drink, and she had it up and ready for me in that instant, no questions asked. She was so positive and delightful to interact with, so I'd really like to thank her for her hospitality.
Now, here's what had me so impressed:
I've been pretty on board with the cantina chicken menu since it came out at these Taco Bell locations. However, I've always been EXTREMELY let down by another location closer to home. My home location in particular always seems very, very minimal ("skimpy") with the portions on the crunchy tacos and quesadillas. Worst of all, when I order the Cantina Chicken Tacos, I kid you not, they always look like someone beat them up before wrapping and boxing them up...
I'm happy to say that THIS location (the one I'm writing this review for) knocked it OUT OF THE PARK. My tacos were intact, my quesadilla was very filling, and the portions in the ingredients were PERFECT. Not overstuffed and excessive, but not lacking. I feel like they were made EXACTLY to the specifications that they were supposed to be. (I already said that they were intact, but let me tell you: the crunchy tacos were literally PERFECT. No broken shell, none of it!)
On top of the cantina chicken menu items being outrageously good, the rest of our order was ALSO made perfectly! All of our modifications were accounted for, all of our items were in the bag, and at the end of the day (pun intended), we had ourselves a car full of happy campers.
So, to the Ashburn Taco Bell associates, you all are doing a phenomenal job with the resources you have. I know that these rushes can be tough, that customers can be stressful, that it's easy to feel like getting out of the weeds is near impossible; just know that effort and work you're all putting into your late night crew was definitely enough. The quality of service is exactly where it needs to be. No one can ever predict when a rush will happen; but I truly believe that if the food was THIS good for my family and I, then every single person in that line definitely got home feeling satisfied with their meals...
...and if they didn't, they probably went to the wrong location.
The place is always trashed. Seems like no one ever cleans up not to mention every single time you ever go to the drive-through. There is a line that wraps around the entire shopping center. The employees are either understaffed or very undertrained. I’ve only had poor experience here and this will be my last time coming. Which is sad since this has been my favorite Taco Bell for years.

Make it make sense. Tonight I ordered from home, drove to the store after 20 minutes, and waited another 35 minutes just for them to start my order. The other night I went through the drive-through and it took 35 minutes for my order. What is going on! I’ve reached out to the store, and to corporate and I have not received a response. Time to fire everybody that works here and hire new staff!
