I recently had an outstanding experience at the Taco Bell/KFC combination restaurant, and I can't wait to share how satisfied I was with my visit! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant ordering process. Their friendly demeanor set the tone for what turned out to be a fantastic dining experience.
I ordered two Cravings Boxes, making specific requests to accommodate my dietary restrictions—I can't have beef or pork. The team was incredibly receptive to my needs, seamlessly replacing all the beef with chicken without any hesitation. This thoughtful attention to detail made me feel valued as a customer and showcased their commitment to excellent service.
The food itself was absolutely delicious. The chicken substitutions were perfectly cooked, juicy, and flavorful. Every bite was a delightful combination of classic Taco Bell flavors combined with the savory goodness of KFC's renowned chicken. The variety of sauces I got elevated the taste experience even more. Each sauce added a unique kick, enhancing the overall flavor profile of the meal.
To complement my meal, I ordered a Diet Mountain Dew Baja Blast and the Mountain Dew Electric Blast—the vibrant yellow one. Both drinks were refreshing and provided the perfect balance to the rich and savory food. The crisp, fizzy flavors were just what I needed to round out my meal.
Overall, this visit was nothing short of exceptional. The staff's accommodating nature, the delicious food, and the refreshing beverages all contributed to a five-star experience. I highly recommend this Taco Bell/KFC location to anyone looking for great food, fantastic service, and a reliable spot that truly cares about its customers' needs.

Tasty food and quick service
I frequent this location as it is close to work. The original recipe chicken is always hot, fresh and delicious, as are the pot pies. I have always had great experiences with the staff and my mobile orders are always ready on-time. No complaints here.

Bad experience with the staff today, the waiter who is not smiling at all. It's as if he was telling us with his sneering look. You were not welcome. And my children noticed his attitude.

Thinking that I'm going to have to stop going by this Taco Bell/KFC in Ashburn, VA.
The location is good and it is convenient.
The problem is that the people making the food act like they are putting all of their effort into making the food as lackluster as they can.
The mexican pizzas are always slapped together unevenly, cheese and sauce sliding off to whichever direction. The ingredients on the inside of the mexican pizzas will all be on one half and then you get to the next half and it is empty, nothing except the two tostada shells with nothing in that area.
They also usually break the tacos along the shell to where they are broken pretty much in half horizontally.
You can always hear the people making the food talking, laughing, yelling. Maybe if they focused more on making the food first - and then joking around - they could give something they would not need to be embarrassed of to the customer.
The photos were on two different nights where I ordered two mexican pizzas each visit.

Don’t go to this location.I ordered 4 mexican pizzas from this location. All smell like fried in old oil and tasted bitter. I had the same ordered few weeks back and tortilla were smell bad I thought every time it not smell bad however from today’s order it was smell so bad and taste bitter. I called them and then they offered me free mexican pizza . Why would get free pizza as they are already cooked in old oil. I don’t think so they even changed the oil.

Very rude staff. Took my daughter through drive through and the youngish cashier was hitting on her right in front of me. It’s advertised as a KFC not Taco Bell. Rundown look. Drive through menu board doesn’t work. Food ranges from poor to average.

Double check your bags have all your items. They ring it up right but most of the time I order from this place they leave out one thing. It’s usually one of my two quesadillas but this time it was the black bean Crunchwrap.
This is the last time I order from KFC, the chicken is overcooked and salty, the potatoes are cold and hard, obviously because they have been stored, I don't understand why the quality of their products is worse and worse.
