I frequent this location as it is close to work. The original recipe chicken is always hot, fresh and delicious, as are the pot pies. I have always had great experiences with the staff and my mobile orders are always ready on-time. No complaints here.
Thinking that I'm going to have to stop going by this Taco Bell/KFC in Ashburn, VA.
The location is good and it is convenient.
The problem is that the people making the food act like they are putting all of their effort into making the food as lackluster as they can.

Ordered a cheese quesadilla and other items from here and bill seemed kind of high. I noticed just for a "Cheese Quesadilla" they charge $6.79 plus tax. I looked on the app and it said $4.99. I called the store to ask and I was told, "It's what we charge, it is what it is. You can use the app next time." Strange they charge an additional $1.80 plus tax for ordering at the store. I won't be going to this location again for their pricing and attitude.
