We visited Tawa Fry last week and we were welcomed by the owner “Venkat” who was extremely friendly. We went there to order Rusmalai cake. Venkat was so good in the hospitality, he made us taste several food items such as butter paneer and Rumali roti. Food was super delicious. We ordered the Rusmalai cake. Cake was prepared by chef Kunal. Cake was picked up today and served to big gathering. Everyone of our guests asked us about the cake because it was super delicious. I strongly recommend everyone to try Tawa Fry’s food including the variety of cakes they prepare fresh everyday!

I've eaten here a few times and it's always impressively good. The menu is pretty huge, but it's filled with a good amount of variety. Definitely recommend the Baby Corn Manchuria and the Butter Chicken. Staff is friendly and offers recommendations for new dishes to try. Their spice assessments are pretty honest too. Trust that their hot is quite hot.

Ever since I’ve moved to Virginia, my Dad would regularly order take out from Tava Fry, until one of their branches eventually closed down. I’m coming back now after a while and man, what an experience. The food was excellent and was served quickly (we were a group of ten hungry friends). Their Naan was made fresh and was delicious, and we ordered lots of it. They even gave us a complementary appetizer enough to feed a few people, on the house! They were so happy with us being their customers that they personally came to our table and thanked us, then pulled the head chef out from the kitchen to come speak with us! Overall, just great food, great customer service, and good vibes.

If we could give negative scores, we would. The weekend brunch is a scam. Stale food, flat rubbery pooris, hard idlis, dry and cold upma....We excitedly went to have this brunch and we were so disappointed! We will never go back there.
We celebrate our son’s first birthday at Tava fry today, it was great experience. The food was great. The service was super good. Special thanks to Stephen and Camaro ( he is great chef) and also thanks to kunal ( he made Aviraj and kavleen cakes supercute and very tasty). All the guest loved your hospitality. Will definitely host another party soon. Stephen you took care of everything so well. The service was so fast. Thank you again Stephen, Camaro so much. You made our son birthday so special.

$24 —- $20 Chicken dish, tiny portion, probably 40 grams of protein haha, I could make that my self for $150 cents
$5 Cheese Bread, .. cooking cheese with bread is simple so I guess they are okay here.
Will not return. I’ll go to Chipotle for $10 and get twice the food with more seasoning and spice

A place to go for eggless pastries and cakes . Its very difficult to find cakes which are not vegan and do not have eggs. Tava fry offers different flavors. Have placed few catering orders at work with them. Food is always decent. And that one time when food wasn’t delivered on time. It was more than 30 mins late but at the end they helped us with the setup. However, the staff is really polite and welcoming
