Nice place, food is solid not gourmet but good. Rolls are delicious with the cinnamon butter.

Winchester VA restaurant: HOW DO YOU RUIN MAC & CHEESE. Not one of the kids that was with us ate it. Had no flavor or even creamy. One person was taking it home to try and fix it. The steaks were good though. We had a table of 14 so spent about $300-$400+. PLEASE GET THIS FIXED, THIS IS NOT A HARD FOOD ITEM OR COSTLY FOR A LARGE CHAIN TO CORRECT. You should be known for great Mac & Cheese.

nice employees.
bad food.
particular to this location seemingly unless the company has very much changed in the last 6 months.
wouldve mentioned it to a manager but only saw her once and it was before our meal ever came out.
ive got the same entree at Texas Roadhouse for almost a decade and its the only time ive taken a bite of it and just pushed it away.
over cooked to the Nth degree and not seasoned at all. my party was also served a cheaper cut of steak then purchased.
server was apolgetic but did not seem surprised by the reaction.
as a long time customer, i will put my money where my mouth is and choose this occasion to stop supporting this chain.

I’m a Texas Roadhouse girl for life, but I won’t be returning to this location for To-Go or dine in.
I’m giving two stars for a couple reasons.
First, the bread they thought was acceptable to send out was honestly shocking (see photo). I am so disgusted that I took a bite before inspecting the whole piece of bread. 🤮
Second, despite requesting utensils and sauces on the online order, none were included in the bag which is annoying considering i ordered corn. how the heck am i suppose to eat corn without utensils?? 🤦♀️
Additionally, I originally tried to order tater skins online and the app showed them as unavailable. When I called the restaurant, they confirmed they did have them and adjusted the app so I could place the order. That effort is the only reason this is a two-star review instead of one.
A friend placed the to-go order for me and picked it up since I was stuck at work, so this experience was especially disappointing.

We drove an hour to get here, walked into a restaurant with no waitlist and no people waiting, and were told we could not be seated because our full party hadn’t arrived yet—even just to order drinks or an appetizer. I am pregnant and was very hungry, and that was explained, yet no effort was made to accommodate us. Because of the delay I ended up skipping an appetizer entirely and going straight to dinner.
The food was extremely slow to come out and was both undercooked and overcooked depending on the dish. My sweet potato was still half raw, my grandmother ordered her steak medium well and it came out medium rare, and the onions on my steak were honestly disgusting. We ordered lemons for our water and had to ask for them again. My grandmother’s corrected steak was forgotten and didn’t arrive until to-go boxes were already being handed out.
We practically had to beg for bread while nearby tables received 3 baskets at one time. We had 7 people and were given one basket at a time. Peanuts weren’t offered—we had to ask—and were given two small bags for five adults and two kids.
Overall, this is the worst Texas Roadhouse experience I’ve ever had, and we do not plan to return. I genuinely should have gone to Sheetz for takeout—the experience would’ve been faster, easier, and likely better than what this location had to offer.

The staff is great and the food is always fantastic. Be prepared to wait a little while on the weekends but it's well worth the wait.

Opened early for us to host a private wedding luncheon. Great service and management worked hard to take care of us and make it a special occasion!

It was obvious my plate sat out waiting for my wife's order to be completed. My food was lukewarm at best. The country fried steak appeared to be huge, but most of it was breading covering up a tough piece of steak the size of a small hamburger. The breading tasted horrible. I regret the choice, I thought maybe it would resemble chicken fried steak found in Texas. Not even close. The server asked how things were but disappeared before I could answer.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. First, the service is very good. The staff is well trained in all branches. I'm very impressed. And then it's about food, for pork rip, I think pork rip can be softer because other branches can cook it softer. Other than that, other dishes are doing well. My fav is fried onion
If you go when the restaurant opens, you will get a table. If you go during the peak time, you may have to wait.
Plenty of parking
