Mea culpa! Just went to their sister franchise off of Dumfries Road last night and had a good meal with great service and personal attention from management on the floor. Our small group left full and very happy, and Xavier gave us excellent service! That young man deserves a raise! But all this was at the Dumfries/Lake Ridge location. The original 3.star review here was for Bourbon Boulevard (smh) Very sorry, don't know how I messed that up. The photos attached are from Bourbon Boulevard as well. I hope that helps

My wife and I stopped in here for dinner while out of town for a business trip. When we arrived, I commented, look, we're eating in a strip mall! Don't let that fool you! Go in and grab a bite!The staff was very attentive and pleasant to deal with.I had one of the best filets I've had in a while! (And I just had a more expensive filet two nights prior in another local restaurant)I had the loaded mashed potatoes (I didn't know that was even a thing!) and they were delicious!My drink of choice that night was Guinness which was tapped beautifully and went wonderfully with the extremely flavorful and well prepared filet.My wife enjoyed the pork chops that she said were out of this world!If we are ever back in town, we will absolutely be back here for some more delicious grub!!Kudos to the front and back of the house staff!! You guys are killing it!

We needed a late lunch and were in the area. We ordered off of the lunch menu and the portions were huge! Also the rolls they serve are amazing. Parking is easy as well. Would go back when in the area.

I used to go there I enjoyed their food the service was amazing I stopped going there because they changed all their food I used to get a side salad with my entry I love it I couldn't wait to go to the next time to have it now they made it so small and their prices are outrageous service is still so good but I don't want to go there anymore

Been here twice. The first time was a busy and they burnt my steak but we gave them another try. Brought out my steak the first time and it was super rare I asked them to please not burn it ... well they brought it back out and it was burned up! The quality of all the food was good and the salad was fresh. The "butter " they use is lacking. The manager did give us a free appetizer card and took my meal off the check. I'm super upset because I really wanted a nice steak. I will not be going back.

Three years ago I left an 5 star review saying “Excellent service. Food is delicious.”Today I had the prime rib. ( this is what I order ever time I am there) I have never had a problem with it until today. It had gristle throughout the whole thing. I spent the whole time trying to cut through it. I just gave up. Plus what I was able to eat was so chewy. For something that cost $40 plus dollars, I would expect a better cut of meat. I told the waiter and all he could say is sorry.

I hate to update reviews, but if I feel it's necessary I will. After a couple of bad visits, including one awful one we swore off this place. Jump to nearly 7 years later and we were in the area and my husband and son wanted steak. We decided to give it a go. Wow, talk about a difference! We were there early so it was pretty empty for the first half of our meal. Our server was great, not over bearing but around when needed. The food was wonderful. The crazy thing is how great the nachos were! We left Southern California many years ago but are quite spoiled with nachos, and have tried them everywhere. These were by far the best we have found, even beating our favorite Mexican restaurant they we eat at weekly. The steaks the boys had were perfect, my teriyaki salmon was delicious and the sides were done well. They are officially back on our rotation (we eat out a lot) and deservedly so.
