I was at Burger Shack today and customer service was horrible. The head chef Martin Martinez closed down the store early for no reason he was very unprofessional even told the server to close the doors early and lock them. I’m not sure why or for what reason. I will probably never return.

Wow! The burgers are juicy, seasoned and cooked well. I was pleasantly surprised! The veggies on the burger were fresh and cheese nice and melted. Fries taste fresh and are nicely seasoned too: like a Boardwalk fry style. Freshly sliced!
Hot dog is HUGE - my daughter only ate half!
We will definitely be back to try wings and tots!

Vegetarian options: They have a GF and vegan menu!

Kid-friendliness: Kids menu with 6 options. Comes with fries and $1.50 upgrade from juice box to fountain soda.

This place has the best turkey burger I've had. However, the wait can sometimes be a little longer than I would expect. I would still recommend!

Super rude manager who will go off on anyone

Don't get me wrong, the food's great. However, regardless of how good the place's food is, I refuse to support a business that uses AI generated anything, let alone using an AI generated image of a *hamburger* instead of a picture of the real thing. The bar is not particularly high, and yet they somehow failed. Can not recommend.

Got takeout tonight. All three burgers were just bad with a chemically weird taste to them. The tots and rings were ok but soggy with grease. The fried pickles were.. ok? One was just a terrible fried skin of a pickle on top of the rest. This was not a good meal. Out of 4 times (they're local) the takeout has really only been good once. So I think this was the last time for us.
