It was a good experience; the burgers were nicely, fries were fresh and the flavors a bonus. The staff not too friendly; so I had to downgrade it to a 4.

The best burger I've ever had! Ordered the Philly burger, and it was cooked to perfection, onions was amazing. Fries were just as amazing as well! Went for lunch/dinner with a huge group of people and the wait wasnt that long. They had great energy and didnt mind 15+ people!! Highly recommend this place!!! Definitely will be coming back!!!

These burgers were impeccable, burger grilled to perfection, with nice crispy buns, fresh lettuce, and cheese, to complete their burgers. The food is so good you’ll be digging for fries at the bottom of the bag

I thought I'd treat myself as red meat is rare in my diet. One of the best burger I have ever had! And they had a small ounce option. It was charbroiled on the outside, juicy on the inside and the bun the toasted just right. Chef's kiss on this burger! 😋😋

Came out to Virginia for work and tried all 3 burger places in the area. The melt , burger 21 , and burger shack. I don’t know what the hype is about “ the melt” first of all. Second of all burger shack was by far the best burger Ive had in a while! Extremely affordable and taste was 10/10. Definitely recommend!

Ordered a custom burger and a classic Chicago dog.

The bread in both was meh. Texas toast wasn't, it was just thick cut white bread. The meat was cooked properly but lacked seasoning. The onions weren't caramelized enough. Pickles on both were excellent. I'll continue my search for a good cheeseburger in the DMV.

Came in about 15 minutes before closing, two male workers fled the scene but a female team member walked right up and was happy to help me. She was polite and answered my questions when ordering. Super helpful, will return if service like hers continues

I’m not sure why it took me years to finally try The Burger Shack—especially since it’s only 5 minutes from my house! One day, my friend was craving a burger and I was short on time between work, so I decided to give this place a shot for takeout.

And honestly? I was pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh, flavorful, and hit the spot. Pickup was quick and easy, which made the whole experience even better. For a casual, no-fuss burger craving, this place definitely delivers.

I’ll absolutely be back next time I’m in the mood for a solid burger close to home!

Great food, just not many people that dine in it seems. Both times I’ve been it’s been empty. Most people order and pick up the food. Tastes fantastic though - can’t complain too much!
