I love that there are allergy friendly options. The oatmeal cream pies and cookies are delightful, as well as their “pop tarts.” I have found the donuts to be hit or miss. We have tried many things here and plan to keep coming back!

Ordered 3 bagels (one breakfast sandwich). I’ve had vegan bagels before - these pale in comparison. They were extremely dense, tough & tasted a bit stale. My family couldn’t finish them - $25 not well spent. Can’t speak to the other baked goods, but 10/10 wouldn’t recommend the bagels.

This bakery is actually mostly vegan, with a small number of items that are not vegan. Ok, maybe not small, like maybe 20% of the items are not vegan, but that's really good for a shop that focuses on being gluten free and not vegan. Love that they have so many vegan options! I love the freezer section because there are just that many more options, and you don't have to worry to call ahead or pre-plan, as there are tons to choose from for your gluten free palate to be happy. They had bagels, baguettes, waffles, cookies, cakes, pizza, and pizza dough. I was in a rush so I didn't order any food to be made to order, but, next time. From the "fresh" cases on display, I ordered a chocolate chip cookie, 2 creme pies and a cinnamon roll. The double chocolate chip creme pie/ cookie sandwich was awesome, but, the price is not something someone can just say, yes, let me order half a dozen ($24) for a party on a whim. The regular chocolate chip cookie was good in flavor and the exterior looked good, but the interior seemed a little underbaked for my taste. Overall, I was very happy with the Difference Baker and its vegan offerings, and I would highly recommend to anyone who is vegan and gluten free in their dietary choices.

The Difference Baker has been an amazing way for our family to celebrate family gatherings together. With both gluten-free and Vegan family member, this bakery provided college graduation cakes, 80th birthday cakes for grandparents and countless treats and surprises we could all eat together. Truly amazing food and highly recommend!

Nice little spot that is all gluten free (among other dietary restriction) friendly. Frozen to go items include breads, bagels, pasties and even prepared meals like Stromboli and pastas. Fresh cookies and pastries were great and they offered to warm them up (recommended). They also offer fresh sandwiches and breakfast sandwiches as well, a really nice spot if you have dietary challenges. Also, small outside dining area.

Small donuts. Not same size as usual from other places. Products not labed as dietary needs. Confusing. Donut holes with powered sugar were a mess, way too much sugar. Got everywhere once I opened the box . Probably wouldn't try them again

I have been GF for years and in search of a bakery that serves, fresh AND warm baked goods and I have found it in the difference baker. This warm cinnamon roll was so good I almost cried.

Omg I was so thrilled to find out this place was just a mile from me. They make vegan glazed donuts on the spot, served warm and fresh, and their vegan breakfast sandwich with coconut bacon flakes is divine. Note that there is outdoor seating only. They also have a freezer of pre-made goods for take and bake as well. Everything is very well labeled (vegan, gluten free, etc). This place is definitely my guilty pleasure :).
