The Wine'ing Butcher Market

Been coming here for a while always eyed the pizza and finally got it for 38 dollars one large. Had high expectations and they got absolutely crushed. There is better pizza at chuckee cheese. Will recommend everything else on the menu tho.

Somewhat expensive, but this is truly high quality food. The chicken salad and the steak tips are amazing and worth getting. They also have a nice selection of wines and local beers and a number of other meats and deli items.

I ordered an appetizer for my party and my serving size didn't match what their serving size contemplates. My fault not theirs! That said, I asked if they could accommodate an additional two orders so I would feel confident that I had enough for my party and they came through and made two extra pans right on the spot! Actually, they went above and beyond. Not only was the customer service excellent but so is their spinach and artichoke dip. Thank you, Wine'ing Butcher!

First time in a very long time. Bought some chicken. I will be back and will update rating and description. All good.

The Wine'ing Butcher - Ashburn VA

I ordered a butterflied turkey from the Wine’ing Butcher in Ashburn for our Friendsgiving, and it was an absolute hit! The turkey, sourced from the Amish in PA, was perfectly brined with an amazing blend that infused it with incredible flavor. I also picked up their dressing and gravy, which paired beautifully with the meal.

Following their baking directions, the turkey turned out moist, tender, and absolutely delicious. It was so good that all eight of us at the table couldn’t stop raving about it. The quality and care put into their products are top-notch.

If you’re looking for exceptional meats and sides for your special gatherings, I highly recommend the Wine’ing Butcher in Ashburn. This was a Friendsgiving meal to remember!

I tried the Rueben tonight to say the least it was disappointing. The sandwich was not hot, the bread was okay, the meat was barely edible, and the amount of time it took to get the entire order was shocking. The place was empty with 3 employees and it took 30 minutes to get a bowl of soup that tasted like it was from a can. I was surprised for how well the place was rated, for it to be as bad as it was. I would not recommend this restaurant. The whole experience is not worth the time and money for such mid quality food. If you want to go, go for the butcher. One more thing is no one had hair nets on, or their hair tied up (they were working with the food).

The manager was very sweet and generous. I’ve been doing my grocery shopping in the last minute on Sunday and told her about how I’ve been living in the area and always thinking the wine’ing butcher is the bar and restaurant. Long story short, she took care of my needs and even more than I should expect. I’ll definitely come back for more! Thank you so much Joanna!!

Limited and overpriced selection of beef cuts. I came out here to find dry aged beef and was told its a 1 week lead time and that they don't have any on hand-- that information would be useful on the very outdated website you run.Overall not a great option for a wine & steak pickup, there's quality, cost-efficient options elsewhere.

I stumbled upon chili at The Wine'ing Butcher in Ashburn, VA! Not all chili is created equal, and this place is a clear winner. The chili is awesome, the customer service was great, and they're incredibly accommodating. If you haven't checked it out yet, you're missing out!
