Poor quality, poor service, some of the worst ice cream i have ever had for the price, better of going somewhere else

Sadly I came in with the full intention of getting a brownie bliss only to find out they aren't doing any specialties today. Unfortunately I tried calling ahead to check an I was really disappointed when I was told no. Workers looked confused and like they didn't want to be there. First experience was the absolute worst.

So dirty. The counter was so filthy and covered in food. So many flavors of ice were out. First time visiting and so disappointed.

Disorganized, 3 teens running around with their heads cut off and no organization system to see guest out.
Placed a order online for Pick up for 2 milkshakes after getting off work. Lead time 20 minutes - arrived at 20 minutes after placing the order to watch the 3 kids behind the counter struggling to service what was in the store ( 2 groups of totel of 9 ppl) and 2 couples waiting in line in front of us. One kid working the cashier were they are TAKING the order paying and then having the other young adult running back and front to fill orders.

You have a counter space the length of all your product, greet the guest at the door and fill their order as they go down the line then cash them out.

I didnt get my milkshakes - doordash ping back the order was canceled ( after waiting 30 minutes from time ordered).

Opt to just grab a small cup of ice cream out of annoyance, instead of reordering the milkshakes. Ice cream had a ice crystal texture and was half defrosted- blue bunny should be a smooth ice cream if that is what is actual being service. If it is then it not being store properly (Aka like the whole tub sitting open on the back counter we watched out of the freezer units).

Might give it another go on a none weekend date but it be a hard retry

Very rude staff and overpriced.

Ice cream isn’t close to good enough to justify the man with the beard berating everyone around him and being so rude and aggressive to customers. I will never return and will make sure everyone else I know doesn’t go there. Insane and unacceptable.

Extremely mid and waste of time. Better off buying grocery store ice cream.

I’m giving this place 3 stars mainly because of the young man working there, who was intelligent and clever enough to handle the situation and salvage my experience. Unfortunately, the manager was entirely unhelpful and lacked common sense, customer service skills, and logic.

I wanted to order three shakes to go, but she told me I couldn’t do that unless I paid an extra $4 per shake for a plastic cup. Keep in mind, each shake cost over $20, so this extra charge felt outrageous. It’s confusing—if they’re going to give away glass cups with the shakes, why charge extra for a plastic cup? Plus, claiming there are no to-go orders available is simply ridiculous.

Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, and I believe this mindset could negatively impact the business. It seemed like her shift was ending, and she was eager to leave, but the young employee stepped in and offered a solution instead of creating more problems. That simple act not only saved the moment but also likely brought in nearly $70 in sales that the manager was ready to turn away.

It’s clear that she isn’t suited for her position, and it would be in the company's best interest to consider replacing her with the young man who demonstrated competence and customer focus.

As for the shakes—they were just average, with some candy decorations added. Nothing special, and definitely not worth the price. The space is limited, with no outdoor seating, so overall, it’s unlikely I’ll be returning frequently.

My family have come here multiple times and it’s always an hit or miss. Today we came in today around 8. The restaurant was a little disheveled , but it was also packed and the entire staff was behind the line working their butts off. I’ve never seen so few working on a Saturday night.

I heard the manager multiple times try to sort out the mess of tickets the staff created. He was running back and forth from the register to behind the line to help them catch up. I’ve never seen him or half the kids working tonight before so I’m guessing they’re newer.

I never write reviews but my daughter told me about the negative review posted by another user and I felt like I needed to say something because it sounded a little mean spirited.

Only reason we didn’t give a 5 star review was because it took a while to get our order. The 4 employees were running around like crazy tonight. The manager/owner and staff were very apologetic and tried to keep their smile on as they worked.

Horrible! Where do I start?!! The place is unorganized, dirty, and expensive. We waited 15 mins to place our order. Then, waited 20 mins to get our order. We were a party of two people and this is ice cream! Then my wife ordered the smallest cup they have, just a scoop of ice cream. It was totally melted, spilling over the edges of the cup. I ordered a $9 “sundae” that was in the same size cup as my wife’s $4.00 scoop. It had whipped cream and Hershey’s chocolate milk syrup on top. One scoop of ice cream and those lame toppings for $9 and a 35 minute total wait. The table we sat at had spilled ice cream leftover from the people before us. Oh and we had to ask for spoons because the dispenser was empty. I feel for the college kids who work there as they were working very hard but it’s so poorly managed, and the quality is also very subpar.

No dairy free items.

Great customer service for first timers who felt a little overwhelmed by all the options. Favors were amazing and my kids have it 100,000 thumbs up!! 👍
