Closed until further notice. Our teens say that it is because the owner has died. Unclear if someone else is taking over management.

Food was tasty. Enjoyed the shrimp burger. That was the end of the good. Service was subpar and took forever just to get drinks. Aps came with the entrees. Refills were only delivered once asked for the 3rd time. Doubt I'd be back

Was bored looking for something to do with friends. Thought we would check out the zone, play some arcade games, maybe do some bowling, maybe some Laser tag. We walk in, half the machines are not on/not working, and at least a quarter of the them are broken. You can tell the place is run down by the basketball leaderboard consisting of 0 people on the day. Avoid this place like the plague.

Could have been bad luck but after being curious about this place for over a year, finally went in to check it out. Reeked like mold and maybe bleach but it burned my eyes so bad we turned around and left.

This was my first time visiting The Zone. This is a place to play video games. However, what really made me excited about this place is the bowling alley. The bowling alley has four lanes, and it is a mini. It was a fun and awesome experience for me. I definitely would go back!!

This rating is based on the bowling alley and restrooms. This is not the place you want to go bowling. I've never seen anything like this. They have 4 lanes. The balls are terribly nicked up. The lanes are short and it's dark in the corner. The rolling ramp for kids is made of PVC so it splits at the end from the weight of the ball, making it go crooked into the gutter most of the time. The pins are on strings so they tend to fall when the machine is placing them. Then they reset over and over till all the pins stand up. Also, our balls kept getting stuck at the end of the lane so everyone needed two of the same weight ball. My kids love to bowl, but no one had a happy face bowling here. The kids wanted to stop before we even finished our first game. In addition the place smelled like sewer. The smell came in waves over by the bowling alley. We think was coming from the bathrooms because the womens bathroom was disgusting and smelled bad. The guys that ran the bowling and ticket counter were nice, but the facility was sub par at best. I would not recommend.

Since it smelled we decided to eat at a burger place across the street. I would not recommend for bowling.

They only get 3 stars because of the food and laser tag. The service provided by our waitress was average at best, basic things (napkins and utensils) were missed by her. The bartender provided better service. I gave an average tip for an average service. The waitress complained about it to her co-workers, right in front of me. I didn’t want to be confrontational, thus my review here.

The game room was decent sized, but all the VR gear was down. The food and service were very good. They have a light gun course that we did not try. I would return.

This place has gone waaaay downhill. Half the stuff was broken and it smells like a locker room. The disgruntled dude behind the desk looked like he hated his job. Hard to believe they’re able to stay open with that ambiance!

The manager Chris is such a good spirit! Me and my Co-workers went here for a fun night and Chris was super patient, had a great attitude, and was super quick to take our orders. ?

Please don’t waste your time and money. Most of the games were either broken or out of order. Such a disappointment because this was a favorite with my kids.

I realize it's not mostly the workers' fault for this, but almost half the games were broken and the workers seemed incredibly nonchalant about it. Their corporate or upper management really should do something about enforcing safety in regards to their mostly-teenage clientele. It was incredibly disappointing seeing all the best games damaged (the air hockey table was messed with and you couldn't get the puck out on one side) or not functioning whatsoever (one VR game, the whack-a-strength game, all three skeeballs, and more). Friend and I spent less than an hour in there. Damaged games will definitely lead to yall losing business, upper management you guys really should do something about it. Most likely will not return, a shame considering I have over 2000 tickets on my card. The type of prizes are also terrible and certainly not worth it.
