I bought a quesadilla and they put nothing but butter on it and not even the parchment paper. I also bought a chicken pesto flatbread and they didn’t even put the pesto. This place is expensive and they don't even do anything right. $55 wasted. I think this place deserves zero stars.

I presented my BOGO coupon and the (Maria) manager refused it. This was all because they didn’t know how to enter it in. Super unprofessional and rude behavior, they acted as if I was trying to steal from them.

Terrible customer experience: At ONE LOUDOUN store, I asked for a cup of water, and she said it was 26 cents. That's fine, but she said she needed cash since she already processed the transaction, but I didn’t have it, so I was surprised. I bought $20 worth of drinks; why can't she give me a cup of water? She was rude. Then, my son couldn't hold the big cup, and I asked for an extra cup. she said the extra money for the cup (25 cents ) and 10 cents for the lid and straw. That was a horrible customer experience. I would never go back to this location. I noticed other customers complaining in front of me, but the cashier lady was rude.

The smoothie was good, and the quesadillas were okay. Not really worth the price we spent, but we enjoyed our visit.

Parking: Parking is good here.

CAN YOU PLEASE FIX THE DOOR??

Food is good and staff is friendly but the door just slams closed every time someone opens it. It makes eating inside unenjoyable.

Dropped a smoothie by accident in the store because of their annoyingly hard straws to open. They tried to ignore my existence after it dropped.. I tried to apologize about it got an eye roll and no word said. Asked if there is in any way possible they can make another one, got a straight “no.” Left extremely devastated in their customer service, you would think they would want to build good relationships with their loyal customers but I guess not!!

What a Bad experience. I ordered on DoorDash delivery a flatbread & smoothie combo. Flatbread was great but I asked for no sugar in my smoothie. I drive back myself and ask for it to be re-made without sugar and I was told “if it says no sugar there is no sugar in it.” How rude - these smoothies are loaded with sugar, I know it had sugar in it. I wouldn’t have drove there myself if it was made correctly. They remade it but the remake was not the even right smoothie. At this point I’m just not going back to this location.

This place is pretty decent for a breakfast dine in, I always get the buffalo wrap here with my jalapeño chips. I get extra chicken here and honestly the one and only problem I have here is sometimes they don’t know how extra extra chicken is supposed to be. But that’s not entirely a problem as they are decently with service, they probably put up with a lot more than they deserve to put up with here. I definitely recommend a raise ?????

I placed a pick order, Vilma was the cashier who assisted. I pointed out the order was prepared in correctly. Cashier argued with me and made me rebuy it. She then mocked me and told me she’d give me a 50% discount. Terrible service the bowl was frozen worst experience I’ve ever had.

We ordered 2 drinks but immediately asked the lady at the front to change one of the orders before she even submitted it to be made. When the order was completed, they had charged us for 3 drinks instead of two. When I told her she made a mistake and charged for 3 when we only asked for 2, she began arguing with me and telling me I never said to take it off. I told her to remove it and instead of handling it with grace and good customer service, she was incredibly rude and disrespectful. We used to come here all the time but we will no longer be coming back after that awful experience. She needs major training on customer service, very rude woman.

Terrible terrible customer service!!! I usually never share reviews, but this experience was so shocking that I feel compelled to share my thoughts. Upon ordering smoothies, I was dismayed to find that it tasted like water. When I approached one of the ladies member to express my dissatisfaction, her response was shockingly rude.She forcefully grabbed the cup, opened it, and declared that she knew how it was supposed to taste. She got a She got a spoon and took a taste out of my cup. After tasting it herself, she admitted it needed improvement and suggested adding banana. However, when asked if we could change the drink, she refused, insisting we either pay full price for a new one or let her attempt to fix it.Reluctantly, we agreed to let her try to improve the drink, but it only got worse. The lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction was appalling. Moreover, it is unacceptable for an employee to sample a customer’s food product and return the same item to them, especially considering the potential hygiene concerns.This experience left me deeply dissatisfied and questioning the standards of the establishment. It’s imperative that management address this issue promptly to ensure such behavior is not tolerated in the future. Otherwise, further action may be necessary, including reporting the incident.
