This place is pretty decent for a breakfast dine in, I always get the buffalo wrap here with my jalapeño chips. I get extra chicken here and honestly the one and only problem I have here is sometimes they don’t know how extra extra chicken is supposed to be. But that’s not entirely a problem as they are decently with service, they probably put up with a lot more than they deserve to put up with here. I definitely recommend a raise ?????

I placed a pick order, Vilma was the cashier who assisted. I pointed out the order was prepared in correctly. Cashier argued with me and made me rebuy it. She then mocked me and told me she’d give me a 50% discount. Terrible service the bowl was frozen worst experience I’ve ever had.

We ordered 2 drinks but immediately asked the lady at the front to change one of the orders before she even submitted it to be made. When the order was completed, they had charged us for 3 drinks instead of two. When I told her she made a mistake and charged for 3 when we only asked for 2, she began arguing with me and telling me I never said to take it off. I told her to remove it and instead of handling it with grace and good customer service, she was incredibly rude and disrespectful. We used to come here all the time but we will no longer be coming back after that awful experience. She needs major training on customer service, very rude woman.

Terrible terrible customer service!!! I usually never share reviews, but this experience was so shocking that I feel compelled to share my thoughts. Upon ordering smoothies, I was dismayed to find that it tasted like water. When I approached one of the ladies member to express my dissatisfaction, her response was shockingly rude.She forcefully grabbed the cup, opened it, and declared that she knew how it was supposed to taste. She got a She got a spoon and took a taste out of my cup. After tasting it herself, she admitted it needed improvement and suggested adding banana. However, when asked if we could change the drink, she refused, insisting we either pay full price for a new one or let her attempt to fix it.Reluctantly, we agreed to let her try to improve the drink, but it only got worse. The lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction was appalling. Moreover, it is unacceptable for an employee to sample a customer’s food product and return the same item to them, especially considering the potential hygiene concerns.This experience left me deeply dissatisfied and questioning the standards of the establishment. It’s imperative that management address this issue promptly to ensure such behavior is not tolerated in the future. Otherwise, further action may be necessary, including reporting the incident.

My favorite location not because it’s the closest one to home but they know my preferences and they do not make mistakes. Vilma the Manager has a great team and are always polite and courteous to customers , taking the time to explain the menu and choices. Strong recommend.

the tropical smoothie here is the same as every other tropical smoothie. it gets the job done. i want a nice big smoothie? great this place has it. it is neither amazing nor horrible. it just does its job and thats all we can ask for. amazing customer service though.

I work one block from this location. I work 6 days a week, and I go in there almost daily. My average cost for lunch there is $15 which equals to $90 a week. Today in my order I noticed that there was next to no chicken in my wrap. It’s hard to see what all is in a wrap, so I was hoping with the next bite that there would be some chicken. They cut the wrap in half. One half had zero chicken in it, while the other half had 3-4 very small pieces. So, I shared my disappointment to the manager. She said that unless I had the wrap in front of her that there was nothing that they could do. I have never once complained until now. But, the fact that she didn’t believe me after her knowing that she sees me almost everyday without complaint really bothered me. I spend almost $400 a month there. My bank statements can prove that. So, it’s really disappointing to see them treating a consistent customer like that.

Terrible customer service. Do not take your order from vitasta she was very mean and rude. I was with my little cousin and she ordered a smoothie and right after she wanted to changer her order to a different smoothie, so the worker lady changed it for her. And my little cousin was polite. Then I ordered a smoothie and right after I wanted to switch it to a food item. So I said “wait I’m so sorry could I actually switch it to…” and she goes “no we can’t it’s already sent back.” But she had a mean look on her face and was very mean about it when we were checking out. I will not be coming back

Always really good, but I guess corporate changed the plastic cover for the straws and now they're really hard to get off, you need scissors. The plastic is too tight around the straw and I wasn't the only person struggling

I was in One Loudoun to pick up some food for dinner and stopped in here for a smoothie… Service was what I expect of these joints – poor. She really seemed like she could care less that I was a paying customer. The drink was somewhat decent, didn’t have a lot of flavor to it.It’s sad – I used to love these places, but they expanded so much that quality control and service went out the window. I rarely go to them anymore… In fact, I probably won’t be back for a few years, like previous.
