This Tropical Smoothie Cafe has the rudest Hispanic manager. They make awful smoothies drinks that taste like water. For the price I pay, I expect quality. I complain to the Hispanic manager and she yell at me and my children, she refuse to remake my drink. I have never experienced this type of customer service. She should be fired! Avoid this location at all cost, rude management.

Tables were sticky, and there was a promotion to where you get a “free smoothie” when you surrender give information and pay for a smoothie. It doesn’t seem very free when you have to pay for it, but at least the smoothie was alright.

This one sucks it’s worth a drive to any other one… they don’t even put jerk sauce in the jerk chicken wrap… the rice should be brown from sauce not white… their idea of helping you for their mistake is by getting you to go in and pay for another order instead of ordering online. Dont do business here

Don’t order the chia banana boost, they don’t know how to make it. First drink was all liquidy and missing half the ingredients. Used to work a tropical smoothie and knew how it should taste. They just brought it to the back and added ice to make it “better”.

What a horrible place. First, the girl at the counter is extremely unfriendly. Then there was a new lady who was trying her best to fill my order, and the girl from the counter was yelling at her and treating her like crap. Then, they knew I was waiting for two DoorDash orders. Instead of handing them to me, they put it on the shelf. One order was not complete, which is my fault because heaven forbid I assume they’re going to get the order right so I ended up having to come back to get the smoothie that went with the bag they put on the shelf. They also handed me six smoothies in a flimsy carrier and no bag so that was fun to have to carry. Overall, a terrible experience and a terrible customer service girl. To top it off now I’m gonna get penalized for both orders being late. Do better.

Their card reader auto selects a 15% tip for counter pickup service. This is predatory, and the method of selecting no tip is inconvenient at best. It requires the use of up and down buttons using a keypad format. I probably won’t return.

I love this location, the staff is very friendly, and my orders are always promptly ready. My kids love the jetty punch smoothie and enjoy the chicken bacon ranch wrap with the new nutty açaí bowl! Delicious and light, will be back!

I went there a couple times, and I love the new acai bowls! It's something different, affordable, and delicious! The customer service was really good, I didn't have a problem with any of the workers. My personal favorite is the acai Nutella bowl because it's basic, lightweight, and the taste is great! I definitely recommend this location.

I hate leaving a bad review but unfortunately this is not the first time or second that my husband and I have gotten smoothies that were disappointing. I usually go in the am and can say the smoothies are excellent but in the afternoon not sure what happens but they are watery/ bland and just 🤮 My husband said he will never go to this location again.
He did go back in and told the young lady the two smoothies were runny and bland. He should have asked that they be remade but all’s she did was add ice. They were so tasteless and he was so pissed we just threw them away when we got home.

The smoothies are good. I don’t normally come to Tropical Smoothie but they have a good selection of food, smoothies and bowls. I just didn’t like the reaction of the cashier when taking my order. I came in to redeem a free smoothie. I was trying to show her the QR code, however she didn’t even let me finish speaking and was like don’t scan the QR code. And she kept repeating herself , I felt like she was talking to me like I was a child. I wasn’t even going to scan the QR code and my phone wasn’t even near the scanner at all. I just wished her situational awareness was a little better. Also, it was my second time in Tropical Smoothie so I didn’t know how the QR code thing worked so I was trying to ask her how I can redeem it, but she never let me finish speaking.

I place an order online to make the process faster because usually they are very slow if you order in stores. It didn’t not make a difference I went in sat down waiting for my order 5 min later I see the employee not doing a thing I got up and asked my smoothies was still in the blender melted and it taste disgusting. I will definitely not return to that tropical smoothie at all.

I asked for no black beans and its on the receipt and theres beans. What a waste luckily i didnt eat it because it would have caused complications for me health wise. I want my money back.
