Why is your drive thru never staffed! We have been in line for 15 minutes and no one has let us know that you all are backed up! Very unprofessional!

Drive through was closed, so I went inside. No line and two people working. One was washing blenders and the other putting paper in to sandwich boxes. The gentleman said someone will be with you shortly... I waiting for quite sometime while they continued to clean blenders and
place paper Iin boxes. Guess cleaning was more important than a sale..terrible customer service.

I've been living in this area for over a year and have experienced painfully slow service every time I visit this location. It's not just once or twice; it's happened more than six times. The slow service has made me reconsider visiting this location frequently. On average, getting a couple of sandwiches and smoothies takes about twenty minutes, which falls way below an acceptable standard.

Don't go here if it's hot, they will make you wait in the sun for 20 minutes per order. Slowest tropical smoothie cafe I've ever experienced, truly a marvel at how they can spend 5+ minutes per order in the drive thru for 1 smoothie. Does the manager replying to reviews actually look at how long his drive thru orders take? It's abysmal dude

My little girl (6 years old) won a contest at the Brambleton Corner pool and was rewarded with a one free item card. She was excited and we walked there and he said the reward was not honor because it was missing a signature. Not that I can’t afford to buy one, but they just smacked her excitement. I will never ever go to this place ever again. We are only a few mins walk to the place.

Waited 20 minutes for our food. Ordered 2 chicken pesto flatbreads. We ordered both with no tomato. When our order was ready it was cold and both flatbreads had tomato. I asked them to remake the sandwiches. Both sandwhiches were cold the second time too and I don't think they were heated at all as the cheese wasn't melted. Very disappointed with the service.

This location is very mismanaged and run by kids. It took almost 25 minutes to make one smoothie and a wrap. Management spends all their time replying to online reviews as opposed to fixing the issues at hand. By far the worst tropical smoothie location I’ve visited.

I let alot of things slide due to this time in age you can't find good customer service. But I am tired of going in to establishment and get completely over looked. Acknowledge I am a customer waiting for something I have paid for. How dare you ask 2 others if there waiting on a order as my order sat next to your register for 10mins and no name called or asked why I am waiting. Not the type to pull race card but I'm getting sick of it in northern Virginia. And it's multiple places happening multiple times as I spend my hard earn pennies
