I went in and ordered a Mango smoothie. Your employee, Chris cannot make a simple smoothie. He was also making me VERY uncomfortable with the way he was speaking to me. I am in my 20s and this kid looked very young. I overheard very inappropriate things while he was talking to another employee. I am disgusted. Do NOT come here. The smoothie was horrible too. Overall horrible Experience .

Tournament atmosphere had this place SLAMMED this weekend, but they handled it very well, came out and cleaned tables when requested, let folks know delayed times, very friendly considering the chaos!

Drive thru wait is the most insanely unreasonable wait I’ve ever experienced. We’ve sat here now for 20 minutes and there are three cars ahead of us. One car has been served. I’d leave if I could but there are two cars behind us. Utter incompetence - if you can’t provide better service to your paying customers shut down the drive thru. Incredibly aggravating. Will never visit this location again. Cashier was rude and incredulous when I complained, claimed some people have to wait way longer. Seriously? It’s Tropical Smoothie not Morton’s.

I ordered a salad, and i asked for no spinach a tomatoes, they gave me a low portion, and spinach on it. Not to mention it was cold, when we messaged the restaurant they couldn’t give us a new one, instead they gave us 9$ refund.

One of the worst locations to date. Slowest service. Rude workers. Waited over 30 mins for 2 smoothies. When it wasn’t even busy. People who ordered after us got their smoothies before us. Made no sense. And their only excuse was they were focusing on the smoothies they were already making to make big batches of that. How does that make sense!!!

Cashier woman was rude. Asked her what the energizer was, she said “it’s a pill”. I was like what kind of pill? What’s in it. “I dunno”. Ummmm okay. So then in order my drink and drive around. Big guy says “here” when my order is ready. “Thanks man” I said as he handed it to me and he responds “yup”. Bunch of brain dead employees lol
