Ordered smoothie online and arrived five minutes after the stated time. Three employees chatting away without any regard to my order. Order was started after I arrived.

I placed a group to go order Sunday morning for evening pick up for an event. When I got there the order was not filled. They said they never received it. As disappointing as this was, when I asked them to just go ahead and fill it (aprx 20 smoothies), they looked at me like I was crazy. They called their manager who explained the order wasn't received which I again replied, that's fine but can we just prepare it now. Once again crickets. Not once did they try to make the situation right. They didn't offer to start the order and just get it made, they didn't offer a discount if we came back another day, they didn't offer to do anything to right the wrong. I was shocked. Worst customer service and we will never come back.

Second or third time we have visited and always amazed how new it still is with very clean tables and pictures on the wall. Served quickly and brought to your tables which is nice. Wish it was closer.

Friendly staff, but probably the whole chain is like this (im guessing): the smoothies are not fresh fruits, frozen or so, tastes better when I make them in a simple blender at home with fresh fruit
Horrible service. My husband and I have been waiting over an hour for our food and we are still waiting…Meanwhile people are in and out of the drive thru in less than 10 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. Unless you have an over an to wait for a salad don’t bother.

I love this place and geographically at least, it's very convenient. But is always so slow... every time I've tried coming by to get a quick smoothie it is at least a 25 minute wait.

tbh not worth coming here ?♀️ the service is extremely slow for no reason. I was stuck for over 25 minutes in the drive thru for one smoothie. Starbucks has drive thru lines wrapped around the block and will still never be as slow as them. do urself a favor & save time and go to a different tropical.??

After three visits we decided not to come back again because the service is too slow. Today we waited 22 minutes in the drive thru for one smoothie. There was no one ahead of us in line and only a couple people inside. It's just not worth it.
