Food was good. Fast service. Nice and clean restaurant.
I have the absolute Worst experience at this particular location. The manager, a young black man, was extremely rude and unprofessional. The food was undercooked and the table I was sat at was filthy. Overall, zero out of 10.
IDK what the problem is, is it these establishments or the area in general, but we run into racism at every place we go to dine out. They treated us poorly, while the other folks want them out of the country. SMH
Love those fajitas. Washed it down with a ranch water. The service was exceptional too.
There’s nothing authentic about this place, BUT that’s not the issue. Place is dirty, they had staff standing around with multiple tables in cleaned. Food ok the floor everywhere both inside and outside patio.
Salsa is definitely watered down, food was bland and cold. way better choices in the areas I wouldn’t go back if it was free
i went here with my husband on a weekday and it was packed. We still waited for 30 minutes and finally got the table. The music was loud, there were so many tables which were not cleaned. People were talking so loudly cz the music was so loud.
Also, not many vegetarian and vegan options were there, which was disappointing. Finally, we received our order and we did not like it at all. We didnt finish entire order and was waiting for our server for check. We also saw a family coming after us, and they immediately requested to change the table as the next table people were making so much noise. Our server took forever and i stood up to find her. I saw her and requested to give us the check. She came 5 minutes later with a check and we paid and left. Overall very very pathetic service and food.
My mom and I visited the Loudon location for lunch & was immediately profiled by the two severs behind the bar. We noticed it was Happy Hr , however, we were never presented w/ the HH menu. When I asked why not, the bartender said “Most people are aware & there’s a sign at the door”- It was downhill & uncomfortable from there. We stayed b/c the mgr assured the service will improve & then the bill comes & the bartender insisted on charging us regular price for some items, which seemed intentional considering the exchange we had earlier. Although Victor rectified the issue- it’s just disheartening, considering the current climate. I am a long time customer of your Bethesda location, however, this experience made me feel like I should never spend $1 At the chain establishment, I’ve never met anyone Unhappy about Happy Hour until this day.
Food was great.
Best Tex-Mex! Everything is fresh and delicious.

The food was not as good this time as it has been previously. I don't know if that's a one-off or the beginning of something which is not going to be good for the clientele. Our server and the manager were spectacular and if the food could have been half as good as they were, I'd be giving this place four stars for food instead of three

We walked in at about 3:40 pm and the hostess was friendly and sat us immediately. My wife and I were given menus that were gross. They were covered in dried food, they were sticky, and just looked disgusting. The floor had chips and other food all under the table and there were multiple tables that weren't bussed. We dropped our menus on the table and walked out. Never going back. It felt like the Health Department needed to inspect the place.

I have been going to this restaurant for four years and every year the food quality is getting worse and worse. From the ceviche, tortilla soup and fajitas the amount of salt in the dishes is disgusting. I really hope they improve food quality. Also seams like they are skimping on the alcohol in the margs. Thats all.

Great drinks, great chips and salsa, and great meals. The atmosphere is a nice combination of lively but not overly loud or annoying. Sitting at the bar is a great spot here.

This restaurant used to be very good. It was clean, the tortillas were delicious and they also gave a portion that depended on what you ate.
Over 100 dollars for two plates of food that was poor in everything. All tables dirty. The door glass is horrible! Super dirty and full of grease. The drinks didn't have any alcohol and the waitress didn't even look around. The tortillas looked like pancakes!! Most of these restaurants have dropped a lot in quality. The food doesn't taste like anything, very tough meat
