I recently purchased a deal for Accord Grill through Groupon, which was supposed to be valid until December 26. However, when I attempted to redeem the offer, the restaurant denied honoring it and instructed me to contact Groupon instead.
My experience began with a phone call where I spoke to a lady who had difficulty communicating in English and could not adequately address my questions. Afterward, she transferred me to the owner, whose attitude was shockingly unprofessional. When I explained that the deal was part of an agreement with Groupon and should still be honored, he outright refused and became aggressive when I mentioned filing a complaint with Groupon. He accused me of trying to blackmail him before abruptly hanging up on me.
This encounter has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. It appears that this business may not operate ethically or honor their commitments. I strongly advise others to stay away from Accord Grill as they seem to engage in deceptive practices that cheat customers out of their money.
I will also be considering legal action against this establishment due to their behavior. Please think twice before supporting businesses like this one that do not value customer satisfaction or integrity.

Awesome! the only thing i dont like about was the old lady offer me more rice (i didnt ask for it) instead of the naan and she didn’t tell me about it. Then i asked the guy who works there that if naan is sold out then he told me because the old lady gave me more rice but he was so nice to make me a fresh naan :) 🫓

Super nice people, they help any way they can go out there way for their customers. Meats are uniquely seasoned and is probably one of the best kabob family recipes I've ever tasted, and the rice is flavorful and sweet. This place is a must try if you're in the area!!
