We had such a great experience at Wayburger Ashburn! The burgers and shakes were absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. The restaurant itself was spotless, and I really appreciated how clean the bathroom was. To me, that says a lot about how they run the whole place.

The staff were also very polite and welcoming. A special shout-out to the young staff member with glasses (looked Asian) — he was especially attentive and kind.

Overall, everything from the food to the cleanliness to the service was excellent. We truly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be coming back!

The burger meat was disgusting. Each adult 1 patty burger meal with fries & drink was $18 before tax. The fries were okay but lacked any salt. Don't eat a burger the fat content in the burger was so high.

I order online for pick up and drive 25 mins to pick up this food not only What’s the place dead but on top of that they were standing around talking. They could not even figure out my order. Once they figured out my order. They went back to talking in. One of them went onto a break after coming back to my place of employment to eat my dinner. I called the restaurant after. I realize the order was over half wrong. The first time I was answered by. I’m too busy for this. I will put you on the phone with my manager when I received the young girl, she said well I guess my coworker made it wrong. Then she said will call me back in a couple minutes. I’m gonna call the real manager after I called back, another gentleman picked up the phone and said the manager is not here right now. I said well who is the person that I just spoke to, and on the phone. He says the Guy is calling back, then he hung up on me. Not only was the food. Not hot and fresh, but on top of that. The service was terrible, and if this is how you treat your customers when they’re trying to resolve it instead of going to your corporate office and reporting you. I guarantee you. You’re going to lose a lot of business. I feel like that. It was a very satisfied with all of the service tonight, and to be honest half of my order. I have gone to this place before it was amazing food and amazing service really gone downhill. Please help this location.

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered a burger through the kiosk as that is the only option. I chose to deselect the default toppings option for the burger as I don’t eat bacon and select the ones I wanted. Once I got my food I see that there is bacon on it and let them know. They said they will redo it and I was fine with that. She later comes back to tell me I made the mistake and when at check out I should’ve list no bacon as a special instruction even though I deselected the default toppings option she said it’ll still put it back on. There is no sign that tells us to do that so I don’t know how they expect customers to know this. They refused to remake the burger and instead told me to pay AGAIN and list that in the special instruction. I asked for a refund instead and took my business elsewhere. Truly terrible service and wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.

My son and I went there for lunch recently, we'd been there previously. It was several years ago, but we remembered it as really good. Only 3 people were eating there, that should have been a sign. No greeting on entering, couldn't even see anyone except the grill man. Ordering and payment are done by a kiosk, so there is no interaction with employees. We ordered fried pickles as an appetizer, a burger, and cheese steak sandwich. Food took over 10 minutes to come out but they brought out just the app and burger, the other came out several minutes later. Pickles weren't crispy, kind of mushy. They forgot the bacon for the burger but did put it on the other plate. There was at least an inch of empty bread on each end of the cheese steak, and it wasn't very tasty. Definitely won't be going back there.

Food is fresh and made with care. The food is not greasy and delicious. Atmosphere of the restaurant is a 1960s vibe with modern music and nice seating. Portion sizes are a little small for the price.

Every time we go here there is always a problem with our cheesesteak, they now force you to use the kiosk to order your food. We all get a cheesesteak mayonnaise and cheese only and just meat and cheese. We use the kiosk you click on the onions and it removes it so to me that should remove the onions from your sandwich, but no, the lady just told me you have to put it in the comment section in order to remove onions from your sandwich, which makes no sense nowhere on a ticket to say onions. They don’t like to remake your sandwich and they don’t like to refund your money. This will be our last time Eating here. So now we have two cheesesteaks that we are both allergic to onions that we gotta throw in the trashcan so we just wasted $23 and change

Do not eat here. They will mess up your order. Will not refund you your money for their mistake or remake it. They expect you to pay for their mistakes. If you want your food find someplace else to spend $40 for better food and get your food made the correct way. They literally do not care about their customer base.

Just ordered DoorDash from here ordered the Cajun burger and specifically customized to not get bacon as I don’t eat it and went to open up burger and has bacon! What is the point of having the option to customize an order if the order isn’t even going to be followed or done correctly, won’t be ordering from way back burger again!
