Wendy’s (Ashburn, VA) It was cold outside, so we stopped by Wendy’s in Ashburn, VA and ordered chili to warm up—and it hit the spot. The chili was hot, flavorful, and exactly what we needed on a cold day. Service was quick, and the staff was friendly. A simple, comforting meal that did the job perfectly.

Have gotten food at this location for years without issue but that has changed over the last couple of months. Getting your food can now take forever and your order will most likely be wrong. Went inside today to deal with a messed up order. I usually drive thru. The inside was dirty. That kind of permanent dirty that takes a while to build up. I don't know what changed but this location has become a disaster. I'm done with this location which means I'm mostly done with Wendy's.

Disappointed. The lady serving us was super nice, she gave us our order and had all correct items. The issue was the food. We couldn’t eat the fries. Biting into them was like biting into a cigarette bud. Revolting. We won’t be going back

This is quite possibly the worst fast food joint in history. I’d rather dumpster dive than eat here. The service is insanely slow and they forget ur stuff. I’m being so serious I stood in the front waiting to order for 10 minutes before this lady came up to me with zero urgency. I’m still waiting for my frosty rn. It’s been 30 minutes. It’s just ice cream gang. Ts pmo

Absolutely the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I’m not usually someone who leaves reviews, but after three visits in a row with incorrect orders, I’m officially upset. Today was the final straw. I ordered the 4 for $4 meal online and they got EVERY single part of it wrong. Mind you, this is at 4:00pm and no one was in the drive through. It’s not like the order was made at 2am. I asked for a chocolate caramel Frosty, but apparently the chocolate machine was down. Fine, frustrating but whatever. But then I get home and realize they gave me the wrong burger. Not only was it the wrong one, it was ice cold. The cheese wasn’t even melted. To top it off, my nuggets were a mix of regular and spicy—two of each. How does that even happen? I get that it’s fast food, but three messed up orders in a row is just ridiculous. This is embarrassing. It also takes 3-5 minutes for someone inside to talk to you on the drive through order machine. DO NOT GET FOOD FROM HERE!!!

I had accidentally placed a mobile order here instead of my usual location. They had line completely backed up in the drive through. The person taking orders for the drive through kept telling people to give them a moment and then taking 5 minutes to then let them order. I don't know if they are short staffed or overworked, but I do know one thing. I will never go back to that location

Waited in a three car line in the drive through and when it was our turn they said they weren’t taking drive thru orders and to come inside. This was at 8:45pm in the rain.
