We met up with a few friends for dinner on Saturday and had a great time. The food is incredibly flavorful. Our group got a wide variety of items and everyone raved about what they had. The sauces are amazing. We will 100% be back to try more of the menu. I scoped out at least half a dozen entrees that sounded incredible. While not a cheap place, the food is good value for the money. Last but not least, everyone was very friendly and nice.

I came to this restaurant last night to pick up food with my husband, and the warm welcome and amazing atmosphere immediately stood out. You can really tell how much care and attention the owners put into every detail of the restaurant — and that same love shines through in the food. Being from Trinidad 🇹🇹, it felt like such a warm and familiar experience. I’ve already told my friends and family about it — can’t wait to come back! 💃

Way overpriced. I can go get the same dishes for way less.

Loved Xaymaca! I had the Caribbean waffle and it was amazing. My husband got the oxtail sandwich and the coconut bread made it even better. Service was great. multiple staff checked in on us, not just our waitress. And the rum punch? We’ll definitely be back.

We went for the beef patties (we used to love them at the farmers market) but stayed for all of their delicious food! We had a chicken patty and a beef patty before diving into a delicious jerk chicken sandwich with the yummiest plantains as our side. The service was friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere was cozy yet elegant and fun! Definitely want to come back here for a date night soon!

Wish I could’ve tried this restaurant but walked in, and even though it was pretty empty, no one acknowledged us…we waited and still nothing or no one in sight. Seems like a cool concept but doesn’t seem like they want customers 🤷🏻♂️

My husband and I wanted to try something a little different and we heard about this spot from a relative. When we walked in there was some pleasant music playing. The atmosphere was nice and we were greeted it with a smile. We ordered the sampler which turned out to be delicious. The service was on point and the drinks were great. The chef came out to introduce himself and described the Jamaican/Peruvian vibe that inspired some of his recipes. We will be returning.

Celebrated my birthday at this amazing restaurant my friend took me to. The food is a unique blend of Jamaican and Peruvian, with creative flavors you won’t find anywhere else. The owner and staff made it extra special with birthday decorations, a taste of the finest Jamaican rum, and even birthday cake—all complimentary. A warm, welcoming place and a great choice for any celebration. Highly recommend!

Xaymaca is great!! I've not experienced Jamaican and Peruvian fused cuisine before, but every dish we had was fabulous. We sat on the patio on a beautiful evening and we were treated to fantastic food and friendly and attentive service. We started with the beef and chicken curry patties (were similar to empanadas) and seafood skewers as apps. Our party of 4 rated these as excellent - the spices were great and the food presentation was A+! My husband and I split a whole jerk chicken and it was sooooo good. Well spiced and juicy. Our sides included coleslaw with mango, plantains (so good!), jerk fries, and rice/beans. You cannot go wrong with this dish. It's delicious and they are generous with everything. We left with leftovers for lunch.
The inside seating looked very nice - though we opted for the patio and that was nice too. Prices are reasonable, the food is fantastic, and the service is good.
