Y-Tea the real question is why would you go here from all the wonderful places in the area.. me and my friends love matcha and trying out new places when we get the chance (which is not often), we came upon this place because we briefly looked it up, I was on my way to this place, and when I got there, it looked so excluded and it was hidden in almost a neighborhood. We really thought the place was closed, there no lights from the outside, so we went inside and there was 2 girls (maybe high schoolers?) they looked at me like I’m lost .. and was not suppose to be there.. no hello, no warm welcome, just judgement like wth. Anyway, we browsed the menu and me and my friend got the same thing, because I always trust her when it comes to picking out a delicious drink. She ordered before me and got the “Oreo brûlée matcha green tea” which by the name sounded so good, next it was my turn to order, and I tell the girl “I would like the same thing but with EXTRA Oreos”, there is a sign in front of the register stating the different percentages of sugar (25-100%) I asked her how much sugar does this drink already come with and she took a pause and was like 100… and I was like okay, so anyone would assume if a drink is 100% then it would be sweet, anyway we are waiting for our drink now, the sitting area is cute I will say, it’s very aesthetic. We finally got our drinks, and they looked alright I guess, me and my friend do a taste test together, and our emotions could not lie, and could not hide the fact that the drink was NOT GOOD and NOT SWEET AT ALL EVEN WITH “100%”, like we were so DISAPPOINTED because we really had high hopes of this place, so no we will not be going back because who likes to waste their money, gas, and time. All the best to anyone who tries this place. You will not NOT feel welcomed.
One last suggestion I have is PLEASE GET BETTER QUALITY MATCHA.

Terrible is the least I have to say about Y Tea. A couple of weeks ago when I went, the staff there was not doing their job properly. Instead of focusing on orders, they were joking around while making my drink. Normally, I wouldn’t mind , but it became a problem when they messed up my drink and also told me they were out of boba. What made it worse was how unprofessional they were when calling my number saying it in a sarcastic, mocking voice as if it were a joke. Despite all of this, I decided to let it go and give them another chance. Until today. When I went back, I ordered a mango milk tea with popping boba because once again they had run out of regular boba (HOW IS A BOBA PLACE OUT OF BOBA) . Even at the start, they messed up the input of my order and had to clarify four different things. If running out of boba wasn’t enough, they also ran out of regular-size cups. After clarifying with me that I wanted mango milk tea, they still ended up making a mango green tea. To make matters worse, during this process, they confused our drink with someone else’s and were just laughing it off instead of taking it seriously. That kind of behavior shows they weren’t paying attention to customers at all. Then they got the manager involved, and instead of addressing the poor service or the repeated mistakes, the manager’s response was, “don’t mess with the staff.” First of all, your a boba spot with no boba, you don’t have cups, and on top of that, I can’t even get the one drink I ordered without multiple mistakes. Finally, after all of this, they remade the drink, but when I got it, it was halfway full with two full scoops of ice. After taking out the ice, there was maybe 2/5 of the cup actually filled. That’s just unacceptable. I really do like the drinks here when they’re done correctly, but as long as the staff treat their job like a joke, laugh off mistakes, and continue being unprofessional even with their manager present, I will not be revisiting this place. I recommend that readers of the review do the same
